i agree that chesiel is hard going at the moment butas you said you never know with chesiel my budy had a nice shore conger yesterday 20 lb plus yesterday
Excellent video as always. I’m really interested in either going to Chesil or the Bristol Channel from Middlesbrough so it’s a fare bit of travelling. I’m looking at the end of Feb. What would recommend. Keep on with the great content.
I completely understand where your coming from about the low water marks. With my experience last night where I told you on a low water mark I can understand why you wouldn’t want people to think they can just turn up there. Cracking video again. Keep them coming Christmas time better than having to watch the soaps 😂 thanks again for brilliant video.
Had a couple of great sections on minehead in years gone bye, you never mentioned white rock or painted rock further up the beach. i lost a massive cod on that beach got it surfaced about 20 yards out i do not lie it was in excess of 30 pound. it took one last dive and smashed me up. still have bad thoughts of that day all these years later. tight lines Wayne thanks for the videos. brings back memories
Burry port harbour outer slipway is accessible,, used to be able to fish from your car,, not been there for years but used to be great in winter for big whiting,, it’s the burry estuary a spur off the Bristol Channel,, I know it’s lost depth over the years,, silted up,, but used to be good
Hi wayne you ok , cheers for the vid again. Well done on your catch. Ive just got bk from a session on the humber it was pritty slow gowing aswel. 1 dab,1 rockling n 2 flounder. Like your self i was on my tod n didn't see a soul . Merry xmas pal from GRIMSBY.
Keeping it real on the fact of low water marks I won't fish any of them it's just to dangerous. Shame you didn't catch really for all the nice bait you had. Always another day/night 👍
Nice to see different marks and tips on how to fish them.👍👍 5 doggies and a pouting is a good session in my area.🥺 Easy access is a big thing for many anglers. Thanks for taking the time to show some.👏👏 Take care and stay safe.😷🙊 PS. Who is heading up the west coast to find a place where no one knows their faces or their names.🤔 I've search the internet, and you must be the only one that knows.😲 Emailed you and no reply.🥺
At last someone with enough sense not to film low water marks in the channel. And sadly someone is going to get it wrong and lose there life . I witnessed someone nearly drown when they waded out on a low mark . He disappeared because he didn't know that a leadge ran the length of the mark . Luckily he came back up was scary to witness. . Fair play Wayne . keep up the good work . And have a great Christmas.
Great video, honestly I'm more interested in how people go about fishing different places, than what actually comes out and the bad catches actually make me more determined to catch a decent cod up here in North Wales because I think if there's some down there but you didn't get one then maybe theres some where I go but I just haven't got one yet haha. Have a great Christmas 👍
have been fishing the channel for a few years and would not wish to fish some of the low water marks on my own safest place to fish for us oldies would be blue anchor sea wall buit on a bigger tide gasworks beach does throw up good fish now and then
so you like Maccies Hot Chocolate and skinny Butts eh ... bit different to the ex MP for Minehead ... Woof Woof Bang ... you need to be of a certain age for that one 🤣

Minehead area doesn't get effected by the tide as much, there is lots more areas to fish. Up the channel the tide disappeares
Cheers Wayne Awesome channel mate 😎 have an absolutely awesome Christmas and stay safe 👍🎣🎣
Cheers mate. Thank you. I hope you have a great day also. 💗
Great advice on the low water marks, the channel is deadly if you don’t know what you are doing!
