It's all just an illusion. They're great guitars - but a custom shop reissue of one is just as good... People are stupid though and think the only good guitar that exists is a 50's Les Paul or something and if its not a 1959 burst then its automatically a piece of garbage. Whatever.
I just saw slash's rig rundown and he has a guitar that looks just like it. In the video his tech says he got it and another les paul from gibson in 1988 the same year this video is from. I say it is a gibson and not his derrig les paul.
Like you would know.
@@itsthenicolas 3 years later......You are spot on. Over the past couple of years I've been fortunate enough to sit down with two 1960 LP's and one 1958 and I agree. I actually prefer the sound and feel of a modern LP.
The whole burst thing is a combination of placebo and rarity. That's it.
@@vladimirpoutine7522 Could you not achieve almost the exact same tone by replacing the wiring harness and pickups in a modern LP? Gotta play it through a Marshall 150W of course.
This is a TV program broadcast in Japan.
“pure rock”
It's a Max or a Derrig it's not a Gibson
Far superior
Mad the Martian thats true. This is a Max Baranett replica
love him sm
Slash is a great guitar player.
hasta cuando se equivoca es genial jajajajaja
