I made the old version from 4 years ago without the vegan cream of chicken and it was soooo good! I'm going to try the updated version b/c I just bought some mushroom seasoning too. Thanks ❤.
Try adding about half of dairy free Boursin Garlic & Herb, add about 1/4 to half of Miyoko's Smoked English Farmhouse cheese wheel, and Chabani Extra Creamy oat milk.
I can't find Miyokos smoked English farmhouse wheel anymore. Are they still offering it? But you're right it adds a very cheddary taste to blah vegan cheese.
You nailed it, Marie, but I have a question about cheeses. Once I discovered Violife, I stopped using diaya alltogether. I think violife tastes and melts better. What's your thoughts and have you tried any other brands??
What is ur take on this new recipe vs the recipe from 4 yrs ago? Is better? Easier? Faster ? And happy holidays! For the past three yeaars i watch and cook ur thanksgiving meals like an obsession and DOESNT DISAPPOINT! You need a cookbook, Patreon or UA-cam membership bc I'd literally pay for those recipes! You are a plant based baddie 🎉😭✨💖 i know all of the most beautiful and best blessings will keep coming ur way ❤
Great recipe! I noticed in your video from 4 years ago you used 2 12 oz boxes of mac with the same measurements of seasonings but more bags of cheese. Does this mean I should now double up on seasonings with this new video? Thanks!
Hey Beautiful ❤this looks amazing 🧑🏾🍳✔️✔️so now we need the tea bc you are looking amazing. Please help your ♍️ sister out. New years is coming 🎉in 2025 I’m trying to look like you.. please share 😢
I would recommend target’s good and gather plant based cheese if you haven’t tried it out already. It melts out smoothly to the cheesy texture I prefer thats good on burgers, mac n cheese, ect. The daiya cheddar blocks are solid too you just have to grate them.
I’ve used daiya in their early days and I wasn’t a fan but they have definitely improved their recipe, it’s really good and I love the way their cheese melts ❤️
Your recipes always look so good 🤍 Happy holidays to your beautiful family! Also, would you notice a difference between using cashew milk and almond milk for dairy substitutes in cheesy dishes?
@GhettoVegans yes, I sure will! Because I'm cautious about health and high blood pressure in the community, and I wouldn't want to expose anyone to premature medical conditions. #dr ❤️ 💙 💜 💖 💗
Looks tasty!
Just in time!!!!🎉

I wish they would do cookbooks and a vegan line of foods.

This looks absolutely yummy. I’m not vegan but I am VERY lactose intolerant so I rarely eat Mac n cheese but I’m going to try this

Do you prefer daiya over violife? It used to be so bad it’s so hard to try them again.

@@iyaniole6010 thank you love same to you and your family and I don’t think there would be a huge difference, cashew milk is just creamier ☺️
Try garlic powder instead of garlic salt. That's too much salt, since you are already adding salt.
@@keketayv1111 I used both garlic powder and garlic salt and just a small amount of sea salt
@GhettoVegans still has too much sodium. But ok, just trying to help. Good recipe btw! Thank you.
@ thank you! Definitely appreciate your input, I highly recommend you make the dish to your liking ❤️
