This is not acceptable from KIA. Ask them to take this to the manufacturing plant if they can't solve the issue from showroom service centre...
They mus have meddled with some steering components..

I face same issue in Honda amaze after 8 years. No solution from service station and asking to change steering box which will cost 30 k it seems.

DCT, using so far 5k kms, city 10 to 12, highway 14 to 17 max. Avg 13 to 14.
hrx imt highways 18 to 20 if you can maintain 80 to 90 kmph otherwise you will 14 to 16 only city mileage very less 10 to 13 onmy bro
I am getting noise from the brake when the wheel creeps at slow speed. Did you get the same sound ?
i also had the same issue but kia Custmor service executive said it is abs sound only no worries 😌

One of waste service provider is Kia. Now a days i am also facing the same issues, they didn't change oil but they updated in software, again i spend 8k within 5 days.

Bro is this your first car? So sometimes during 3rd service they will swap wheels. So drive for another 200kms wear and tear will then become same on all four wheels. After that it would be in balance

If wheel balancing doesn't work. It could happen because of bend in rims or alloys!!! check that first. I had a same issue and it was fixed after changing one of the Rims.
