- This Hot Wheels track set has had three different names. One of them might have been for international release. When I was doing birthday parties for kids, I bought a lot of these sets just to get one, single part from these sets. Now that I think about it, I don't remember it being in any other Hot Wheels track sets. What track part was it?

Hot Wheels cars are fun to race and test on Hot Wheels track sets. The Hot Wheels model Backdraft was included in these sets, two different colors. (2) D Batteries are required.
The box art states that the sets have crazy stunts, near misses and inverted turns! You will need two cars to set off the ultimate crash. This set has a figure-8 crash zone and if the cars collide, they might trigger a reaction!
This Mattel product was fairly easy to set up. For best performance, brace your set. I showed how to use painters tape which is safe on most surfaces.
There was a correlating Zero-G 5-pack/gift pack as well which had the following models:

I really enjoy automated sets. Although they eat batteries for dinner, they are a lot of fun.
I like automated sets that's why I have 50 D batteries in a drawer next to my tracks

I had this in 2012 when I was only 6 and this was my first hot wheels track my dad built it up and it was super fun to play with. I lost the set but still have the purple Backdraft in my collection. Nostalgia hits hard

That's one cool looking track! I agree with what you said in the end, the trap door is a really cool feature. Whoever came up with that in the Hot Wheels boardroom is brilliant lol! Im surprised the Jet Threat 3.0 is part of the 5 pack. It doesn't have a very good ground clearance.

It's very hard to get a good thumbnail of this track set. In order to get the exploding part, you can't get most of the track layout.

I was 5 when that 2008 sat came out I feel kinky old at 15 XD
Decided to try putting together mine again. I somehow appear to have lost that long curved black track length. Somehow it's the only piece missing. Any idea if there's any way to substitute it? The regular orange track doesn't seem long enough.
I think this set is okay, but at least you need to get the best cars going at the same time at the booster.

Why is the launcher booster loosing power so fast and what is the solution for it? Thanks
When using the boosters on carpet the best solution is to use non slip rug pad on the bottom. Just buy a roll of the non slip rug pad, cut it to size and use double sided tape to attach. No more dancing boosters :)

Hw moterized track sets are satisfying to me to watch.
Those flip up curve pieces cant only be used for track... You can use em for when a car has had his Track Time!

Yeah, the set wasn't perfect, but nonetheless, I still like it. Not all tracks work the same.

And I remember since 2004 originally “Zero-G” from the Philippines original color not version like change color later 2010 was gift to me when open unbox look missing curve red have extra get another same for Batman gray curve only since 2007
I did not look at the video nor did I look at my remaining boxes but it is very possible that some of my sets were sold internationally, possibly Canada. I remember buying them at a great price at Mattel's Toy Store and that's where some overstock winds up if Mattel can't sell it all to retailers.

I don't have the filming areas at the moment and UA-cam frowns on reviews of kids toys. Those are two main reasons why I am not doing my typical content.
