Thank you Yes the grabber is great! I’m surprised you can’t get anything like that, it’s not a new concept! Maybe someone needs to start selling them over there😄👍
I have to ask, does the landlord provide a mower? It could be a nice space for socializing for his renters if they keep it in order. Even studying outside if the weather permits and you have a couple of simple plastic chairs and a parasol
No the landlord doesn’t provide a mower but they are cheap enough secondhand. In the past the garden has been used more. Not the past few years though!👍😊
I agree with ya .some landlord just collect rent and don't want to take care of the outside of there building. You are right.blessings and good health to you and your family ✌️💕
You are absolutely amazing, you dova really good thorough job ,I hope people really appreciate the hard work gardening is ,love your videos big fan 😊 kind regards
This could be a nice space. As a landlord, I think I handle this differently to this one. I would have you come in the fall as well. You have to think about the neighbours too.
@@mdgardenservices7819 Glad to hear that! This landlord is not saving money by having you do it once a year. Very shortsighted of him. It is such a load and a-slog for you when you get there. Have a good week.
Thank you I’m glad you enjoyed the video This garden is a good size despite being on the outskirts of a city near me. They used to give houses a good size garden. We had so much rain earlier in the year everything has grown a lot! Have a good weekend 😊👍
When are people going to stop doing everything for their kids? When my son went to Uni, he could cook, clean, do his own washing and keep his room tidy. It’s doing them absolutely no favours at all. If the landlord got them a mower, it would take next to no time to mow it. Good job you could step in and do it. 👏👏👍
If I hadn't seen a peice of concrete path I would think it was all grass. How do they get any washing they do dry or do they take it home monthly or when they ran out of clean clothes, dryer costs to much in electricity to use.
If i was the landlord. I would have a shed, with a mower and strimmer in it. It would be written into the rental agreement that the grass must be kept cut and tidy under penalty of hefty fines . And. I would be round to make sure it was cut.
How and where are students, not the richest group of people, supposed to get a mower from? Surely the landlord should have a monthly contract for the grass to be maintained and if necessary add this to the contract for the house?
Not sure myself most of the time 🤷♂️ I charged 180 as it’s a bit outside the area where I normally work It took me just over half a day with rubbish away 👍
The garden is way too big for short term renters to manage. No short term tenant will spend their own money on a lawnmower. The landlord should get you in more often.
Mark why dont u remove all those leaves on the fence its going to spread all over the fence n its ugly look cuz some of the fence r clean n some r not sorry mark
I know what you mean but the ivy was holding it together as the fence panels are quite old! Also it’s the neighbours fence so I didn’t want to risk damaging it!🙂
It’s in the contract that the garden is kept tidy. I guess it’s up to the landlord but most rented property you are expected to at least cut the grass 😄
He should hire you more than once a year. Even a monthly mow would help. Such a huge job! Great work as always!
Yes ideally 😄👍
Great job!
Students study; they don't make time to mow the lawn!
It is nice that you have this job do.
Enjoyed your video.
Thanks
Glad you enjoyed it 😊👍
The landlord should pay you to keep it maintained. Great job!
I think it’s part of the rental agreement to keep the grass cut 😬
Love these tidy up videos!!
Glad you like them❤️
Vrooooom. Chomp chomp. Love the clean up!
Thanks
Glad you enjoyed it😊👍
I really enjoyed watching that clear up, Mark. Set me in an " organising" mood for the weekend!
Glad you enjoyed it🤗👍
Nice tidy job you did there. A power washer would crown it!
Thanks 👍😄
Glad to see you’re using back saving tool!
Yes
It was great for all the grass!👍
Nicely done.
Thank you😄👍
I love these jobs👌
Easy money 😆
Good evening Mark! An excellent tidy-up of this back garden!! Have a wonderful weekend. Sincerely, Diane from Missouri
Hi Diane
Thank you and I hope you have a good weekend too 😊👍
Nice garden when you have worked on it - well done 👏
😊👍
A very good tidy up that mark it will probably be the same next year
Thanks
I’m sure it will be😄
Big garden!
When it’s cleared😆
Hiya Mark! Always good to see you again! Geez, big garden, long grass! I sure wish we had that picker upper thing in the U.S.
Thank you
Yes the grabber is great!

You can get this in the US. Different models are sold on Amazon and Home Depot as Garden Grabbers.

At least it was mostly grass…but there was a LOT of that. Maybe he should rent to Landscape Architecture students?
It would be easy to keep down if someone bothered!
Yeah landscape students might be better 😆👍
Goodjob...
Thanks👍

Why do they wait so long to tidy there yards up ? 😮😮 you did a great job for them😊
Always like it with rented property’s
😊
So funny 🤷♂️
Can’t think why they didn’t put a conditional clause in the rental agreement that they keep the garden tidy
Well they have to leave it as they find it! Or pay to have it done , which is why I was there😄
This could be a nice space. As a landlord, I think I handle this differently to this one. I would have you come in the fall as well. You have to think about the neighbours too.
I do work for lots of landlords and they are all different.
Some do pay me to regularly do the grass so it doesn’t get out of control.🙂
@@mdgardenservices7819 Glad to hear that! This landlord is not saving money by having you do it once a year. Very shortsighted of him. It is such a load and a-slog for you when you get there. Have a good week.
Well the renters pay for it to be tidied up so he doesn’t mind!😆
Maybe the owner should have a monthly gardener do that garden, . That was a mess . You cleaned it up really good though 👍👏👏
Thank you
It’s up to those renting to maintain it while they are there! 😅

Usually the renter should take care of the yard by themselves.
What kind of student were they.
Yes they are supposed to keep it up together, but never do!😆
The landlord should have you round more often.
😄🤷♂️

You are right. It doesn’t help in the long run! This garden is only grass and wouldn’t take much to keep down 🤷♂️😄👍
They should borrow a goat! 😂
Yeah that would work 😆👍
Great job looks loads better mad it’s left like that for a whole year
How long did it take you mate
I know, it’s crazy! Last year they did do it but it hadn’t been touched this time!
It took just over half a day I think.😅
Have a good weekend 👍
@@mdgardenservices7819 and you buddy 🙌🏼
Your hay fever must have been bad after that again!!
It certainly didn’t help 😆

I don’t think any washing goes outside!
More money than sense 😆
he should have you come in once a week to mow.
😄👍
Does the landlord provide a good lawn mower and weed whacker?
No
It’s down to them to sort out!🤷♂️
Nice job. I bet that took hours though ?
Thanks
Just over half a day😄👍

Yes I an ideal world!
I think the agreement is that it’s left as they find it! So in other words how it is once I’ve tidied it!🤷♂️😅

Hi do you not uses a big bull horn strimmer on heavey work
No the only one is the one with the blade on, and it’s not great!
My stihl one is fine for most of my jobs😊👍
The garden is way too big for short term renters to manage. No short term tenant will spend their own money on a lawnmower. The landlord should get you in more often.
It’s only grass
Sometimes people are giving mowers away. They are not expensive secondhand 😅

Students won’t have their own mower.
Shouldn’t the Landlord deal with it. ??
Great job though.
It’s in the contract that the garden is kept tidy. I guess it’s up to the landlord but most rented property you are expected to at least cut the grass 😄
Could you spray grass weed killer at least on the patio so it could be seen and used? I bet the owner has the inside redone every year also😵💫
I think I did do that once but it was still as bad by the time I returned 😆😅
Why don't you edge your foot path it would be neater in it appreance
Yes but it won’t be cut for another year so no point!😅
