I like the NT blades; the Ultra thin blades are awesome for the top edge on door windows, and the NT cartridge A knife that holds multiple blades is great for the top edge on door windows. You see Matt use it on his newer lives streams and videos for the top edge, and it works awesome with the NT Ultra thin carbon blades, and makes cutting the top edge so easy!
To get rid of the eyebrow look on the windshield stop put the film on the roof of the ride except just enough to be able to make a clean cut at the top of the windshield either against the molding or the edge of the windshield if no molding. Be sure to make a nice clean continuous cut. Now bring that top edge down to where you want the bottom edge of your strip. The key is to mark your centers...center of the film and center of the glass.
If I have a 60" roll can I unroll it either way on the windshield? I have seen a video from johnson film stating it should be unrolled with the factory edges on top and bottom (horizontally).
I'm sure it's possible but vertically is the easiest way on windshields. film only shrinks with the roll. if you flip it sideways you musr shrink it sideways
Been watching for about 4 years and hadn't done an f150 in a looonnnggg time, super helpful video, thanks for tall the help Matt!
I can’t believe there’s an actual video for the F150 window

Why do u move the tint over an inch b4 u cut the longest straight line
Bc when u roll down the window it wiggles so there’s some window spaces that u can’t see while it’s closed
Hello my friend what water solutions u use for tinting

Same question here. I tried and messed up with some expensive film

but you can shrink tint side ways
Do the f-150s need heat shrinking for the front windows?
No it’s pretty flat so u wouldn’t need to
Do you ever use a lil chizler
No, I'm not a big fan of the edge. Gator Blade, Tri edge pink and a soft blue or gray card are my touch up tools
What if you have a quarter glass window up front
Figure it the fuck out...
Remember my first time doing it hard
