You are quite right. Another plus is no drone when cruising. When my 2022 C8 shows up it will be one of my first mods. Two questions. Did you get the NPP performance exhaust? If so did you think it worth the money since you replaced the exhaust anyway? Cheers!

I love the CORSA exhaust systems... especially the EXTREME w/black tips and x pipe... I have replaced all my factory exhausts in the past with the EXTREME and loved it. Factory is great as well. The installers there do the exchange so fast. In and out in 30 minutes. Thanks CORSA

How much louder are the Extremes over this 4 valve kit on 1-10 scale?
This system doesn't have traditional "sound levels". AFM valves control drone, and NPP valves control overall sound (plus some drone).
The 4 valve system gives you no drone plus the ability to close the NPP valve and go -1 dB quieter than stock and +9 dB louder thank Stock.
Any other system is a trade down/off of features. You can delete the AFM valves if you don't care about drone or are going to tune it out. You can also delete the NPP and mufflers if sound control and quality aren't important to you.

I am hesitant to purchase an aftermarket exhaust due to all the Check Engine Light (CEL) issues. I have emissions testing where I am located and if there is a CEL, I will not pass. Which equals no driving. Guarantee me that I won't have that issue with this product and I will purchase one today.
Most of the C8s get a CE light due to needing a valve relearn after the exhaust is installed. Once a proper relearn is done you will not have a CE light.
