Motherboard > Cpu > Ram > Storage or Any Nic or any other hardware
This is the general importance preference because your motherboard should support good cpu and cpu upgrades and if you have good cpu you will have better chance of having good Ram support options and then you can have good storage or any hardwares also if your cpu can't support good gpu you will get bottlenecks
Cpu core And Ram Size Ratio should be like
I7 H or HX series of 13 gen or i9 of 12th gen and 16 GB Ram or More and Gfx card 6 GB or more with 3000 series or more is best

@@iamykumarand if you are using linux you can always create a swap file, ofc a swap cant replace physical ram but hey, something better than nothing, idk about windows, whether you can use swap or not

It's important to balance every component. Don't pair a budget CPU and RAM with a mid-high tier GPU. You will get a bottleneck.
