I have been carrying so much stress in my neck and shoulders (lower back too), for the past couple weeks. Also, been feeling burnt out with a sinus headache. I go to the chiropractor regularly, which does help. But. No matter what I did, could not shake the pain. This meditation actually worked. I would say, I feel 90% better. Had the best sleep in a very long time. Will be doing it again tonight. I am so glad your meditation popped up in my feed. 🙂 Thank you so much🥰
