Blown away by the video! thank you so much for creating high-quality videos like this. One of the best step-by-step overview of how to start with an affiliate site. Thanks again!
I made mistakes when I first started blogging. Like I have this solar powered battery bank in a waterproof ammo can I made from scratch, so I wrote a super long article on how to make one. It had wiring diagrams, pics, step by step and all that. But in order for people to replicate my set up, I also linked every product I used to make it, so the article had dozens of affiliate links. Google doesn't like that at all. It thinks it's too spammy. It's indexed but Google won't serve it. I'll eventually write another article on it without the links and I'll do better; I'll just use Matt's advice on researching everything on page one - h2's, h3's, article length etc. This advice served me well when I developed my own set of hiking calorie calculators from scratch and had to compete against the 'calories burned' website. Same deal with a local hike in campsite near me in a state park. No one had written a definitive article on camping there so I tried writing one. But I added several links for beginner backpacking gear so new campers would know what works for that area of world. Again Google indexed it and won't serve it. I even rewrote it several times, and removed all the links to the gear. Google still doesn't like it. The reason I know is because I wrote a similar article, using a lot of material from it, that's purely informational, and that one gets served on search. These spammy articles aren't in the sandbox, they're ghosted. So I've found the best way to get an affiliate product to actually get served, and also not be in the sandbox, is to write one review article on it. Then anytime I need to reference it in an informational article, instead of putting in an affiliate link, I link to the review article. This means you have to write tons of review articles on every little piece of camping gear or whatever. And you better actually own that product you're reviewing or have some insider/expert info on it, or Google will get you. Say you want to make a kitchen renovation site. If you have an article on how to build kitchen cabinets, you can't just list the tools to use with affiliate links or Google thinks that is spam. You have to review each tool, then use that how to article as a cornerstone article linking all the tools on your list to your various individual reviews. Basically there's no free lunch. It's a lot of work.
@@Mr7AMED no problem. I should have mentioned that you also have to write like 8-10 articles on one specific subject for Google to take you seriously too. Like if you're writing about making kitchen cabinets, one article will be about picking out door hinges, one article will be about door styles, one article will be about melamine versus plywood, etc. Google wants to see that you're actually an expert on the topic.
Hey Matt, thanks for such videos. They are very helpful. Could you tell us how to identify if we're focusing on the right niche (low competition, high volume)?
Hey Matt, great video. This is very helpful! Could you tell how to identify if we're focusing on the right niche (low competition, high volume)? I have a broad niche and a microniche in mind but I'm not sure if the microniche I have in mind is the right one to focus first. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts :)
Hello Matt! I have to say you Make very Good stuff about SEO, in fact you are the only UA-camr about SEO who I Watch.. 💪🏻🔝 I’ve an Question, were can I see the Real Traffic to my Website from the different keywords??? (I use Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads for the SEM, Ahrefs and sometimes SEMrush.. but at every place I see other Numbers of general Traffic and the singular Traffic from every keyword) 😩😩😩😩 Thank you men! 🙏🏻☺️
Dont misunderstand my comments. Matt knows his stuff. I just wish email list building was taught more on UA-cam with how to actually do it. Too many people on YT pretending to be experts and pawning off bad ideas. Many of these people make money showing people how to do things they have never done. lol. Stick with Matt. Ive been in SEO and affiliate for almost 20 years. He knows what he is doing.
Thanks for the great video Matt. Quick question for EAT do you add an address for the website? Thinking about getting a virtual address with number, what do you recommend?

What about Google adsense?
I have niche (informational only) which is low competition but there is no affiliate income.
Great video, very inspiring for the people stepping into eCommerce.
Glad you liked it!
Without traffic to an email list nothing works. No traffic = no money. People need to learn how to build traffic before purchasing anything.

I'm not a native English speaker. I'm wondering if I could do affiliate marketing by solely depending on Jasper/Sufer?

Thanks for the great video Matt. Quick question for EAT do you add an address for the website? Thinking about getting a virtual address with number, what do you recommend?
I do.
What was plugin?
What is thename of the free plugin that is suggested at 9:52?
Is a blog about how to enjoy the beach for kids, too specific? My thought was to do reviews and recommendations for parents.
Seems a bit slim.
@MattDiggity any suggestions on how to expand the website brand? I live by the beach so I can be seen as an authority for beach/travel related topics
@@MattDiggity thank you for your opinion on this!
And by writing a blog for the other websites, obviously, you insert links back to your website, yes?
That's the idea.
15:33 in ? No one gonna talk about the sweet bag of… 😂😂😂😂
Hi! Can you also please make a video about GrooveFunnel? Thanks!
so you are saying it is ok if domain name is broad?
It's my preference.
What is the plugib he mentioned at 9:53?

Is it still worth to start in 2024?
Matt, Thanks a lot and is it ok to start building links from the first month ?
Of course.
Matt, doesn't it kill you when you have to say, "SEO-OPTIMIZATION" haha. I say, have to, because I assume you do that for beginners, surely?
The things I do.
So many people do that, lol loud
Matt speaks at 1.5x Normally
For once, I want you to release an absolutely crap video, so I can say to everyone, ya, he's a pretty normal genius.
