Homemade chicken soup has a lot of healing properties and that’s why Americans eat it when sick. I just made some for a friend who was really sick and she felt better right away. I call it my magic soup. Now if you’re plant based just leave out the chicken of course and use a veggie broth but you need to find a good protein replacement. This looks amazing though and I have everything in my fridge to make it! I’ll have to use a whole kombu piece though.

You know, I often see reels and posts on instagram from children whose mothers have found new partners after being in an abusive first marriage and it really teaches them what they deserve in life. Hanki is so loving and such a good partner to you, as you are to him, and it really teaches children that they deserve someone who is going to be kind and loving and supportive of their partner. You make everything looks good MT! I was re-watching one of the earlier videos u made with wide rice noodles pan fried with veggies on it. You cut it up with a scissors and was eating it like a pizza. It was so tasty u said it gives u foodgasm and that's what u would eat for ur last meal. I made it the first time I watched ur video, I made it again after re-watching it recently. So good! As far as massage relieving stress, it has shown that physical touch releases oxytocin, a feel good chemical that releases stress and increases bonding. When a woman gives birth, oxytocin is released as well to promote bonding with the baby.
