Make a poha we usually do and on top of that add *finely chopped coriander, grated coconut, yellow sev (that we use in chaat) squeeze some lemon* on top of that and enjoy😋😋 This particular style is very famous in maharashtra. I almost eat this every day. Hope u like it♥️♥️ And if you want healthy option you can try *Ragi Dosa* with coconut chutney. this is also a good option to have.

I would love if you try jowar or bajra bhakar(roti) with spoonful of ghee on it, methi ki sabzi or anyother sukhi sabzi,,thecha(made in authentic way),,served with some chhas(buttermilk),,its my go to healthy,nutritious and very very tasty meal. I m like you a biggggg time junk food person! However, I suck at cooking! But on days, when I feel like cooking, my go to easy meal is ‘kurkure bhel’ ! It indeed is as it sounds 😅 Just pore some orange and dark green kurkure in a bowl add tomato, onion, chilli garlic paste (the ones that you keep in separate IKEA boxes 😂), salt, red chilli powder and lotsss of lemon !! Shake it well & eat the most tasty version of kurkure!! (Saying this is salivating for me) For an easy alternative!! Just try blue lays with one small block of amul cheese (the old blue lays, new one breaks my heart 😢)

Hey Aanam! Give masala quinoa a try. Cook quinoa in water for a while and strain it. Then throw in Bunch of your favourite vegetables, personally i like finely diced onions, carrots, french beans, tomato and capsicum (you can miss that since you don't like it😅) add in standard spices haldi mirchi dhania powder and toss in the quinoa. Put some coriander and you can pour some ghee over hot masala quinoa and voila!!😅 Tastes yumm.... Aditi is the 1st of the bunch of you guys whom i started following and been a regular viewer of her channel and through which i came across you and others. I m like you a biggggg time junk food person! However, I suck at cooking! But on days, when I feel like cooking, my go to easy meal is ‘kurkure bhel’ ! It indeed is as it sounds 😅
Just pore some orange and dark green kurkure in a bowl add tomato, onion, chilli garlic paste (the ones that you keep in separate IKEA boxes 😂), salt, red chilli powder and lotsss of lemon !! Shake it well & eat the most tasty version of kurkure!! (Saying this is salivating for me)
For an easy alternative!! Just try blue lays with one small block of amul cheese (the old blue lays, new one breaks my heart 😢)

Give masala quinoa a try. Cook quinoa in water for a while and strain it. Then throw in Bunch of your favourite vegetables, personally i like finely diced onions, carrots, french beans, tomato and capsicum (you can miss that since you don't like it😅) add in standard spices haldi mirchi dhania powder and toss in the quinoa. Put some coriander and you can pour some ghee over hot masala quinoa and voila!!😅 Tastes yumm....
