I've seen trans people go from male to female even. Apparently it can be done. Probably takes a huge amount of practice and probably isn't that wonderful for your vocal chords.
micca903 surgery has nothing to do with talent. When a tran gets angry the female image they try to put goes away and they will fight like a male i have seen a lot you can even see on youtube..
