How many days of resistance training does the half marathon plan have? Is it 3-5 like the regular firm30 plan?
So excited for this, watching this video makes me want to run a half marathon, but I still have a while before I'll be able to start the plan and do one.
5 days total of training....or 6. The 6th is a fiery 10 minute ab workout. Some ladies like to spread out training like this but you can also skip that 6th day or plug in that abs session while you're still sweating after a run during the week. : ) You'll use it for sure when your body is ready -- maybe start looking for an April/May spring race so you can have a gentle endurance base built over the harsh winter months?
