I've bought a 128 gb 13 just today!
I spent like 1040$ with 25 watt charging brick.
Just picked up the 12 on a whim for the rather low price of ~400 euros thanks to my workplace (converted from my country's currency). I sold my Pixel 4 XL for roughly the same amount and the switch is rather smooth so far!

My iPhone 12 Pro fell and the back glass shattered, decided to get it fixed. What a shock to hear what it costs to repair.
I did a trade-in and the difference was the same as fixing and buying. So bought the 13 ( Non Pro ). I'm 6 hours in now, i'm not seeing or feeling any difference at all.
One thing i must admit, small change but welcomed, the buttons on the side being lower feels easier to use

Great comparison and content. Thank you! I'm a bit torn between ordering the regular 12 vs the 13 mini. Personally I don't like the weight of the 13. That's why these 2 are on the shortlist. My wife has the 13 and I'm really impressed by the camera quality! I think sceen size difference will be the main subject to think about.

@@ajcity4177 I bought the regular 13. A friend has the mini and it was even smaller than I thought. I do like the feel and weight, but I use my phone quite a lot and prefer a bit bigger sceen. The 5.8 inch of the x would be better for me. Then I decided to get the regular 12, but there's only 80 euros difference between the 12 and 13. So that's where we ended haha.
You need to lift some weights if you think the regular 13 is heavy

Specs aren’t the whole picture
Nothing reloads on 13 pro max
The OLED is brighter on the 13 pro max unless you go in sunlight
The software is less buggy
The performance is better with A15 and iOS optimization
The S21 108MP is not on by default due to its massive image sizes
Conclusion - pretty even phones just depends if you want android

I have the 13 and only because I made the mistake of buying the 13 mini first. The battery was bad to me, but I heard it was equal to the regular 12. How can the 13 minibhave the same battery as the 12? Use wise. Obviously it was smaller...I think. Glad I didn't go with the 12 because I'm a heavy user id say.

Just bought my husband an iPhone 12 128gb. He’s not a super user at all however he’s happy with the upgrade.. I have the 13 and as far we’re concerned we’re future proofing ourselves for at least the next three or four years..

Hey Nick, I’ve had Android devices ever since the first Samsung Galaxy. I bought the 11-inch iPad Pro last May and it was a leap of faith for me. Except for some annoying nuances I’ve experienced with the iPad, do you think I’m going to freak out if I switch to iPhone?
In my personal experience I owned many Samsungs, and although they have snap dragon and more mega pixels in the camera as well as more gb of ram, iPhones overall are a little more user friendly, smoother, sharper to the eye, and just a little more premium when it comes to apps, emojis, face time, and face recognition
I can’t watching these videos unless I finally bought the one I decided even tho I can test them out physically at the store 😂

I was decided to get the iPhone 13, but suddenly apple announced a Black Friday deal for the iPhone 12, which meant they included a 50 dollar gift card. So a 150 dollar difference made me buy the iPhone 12 instead, and also because I’m from Colombia the dollar exchange is really high so I really wanted to save up some money
The 13 base model starts at 128GB, while the 12 at 64GB only.
For 50$, you miss a better camera, the cinematic mode, the A15 chip, better battery and smaller notch

@@moneymark6927 here in Colombia iPhones are around 300 dollars more expensive compared to the US, reselling an iPhone is waaaay easier than reselling an android phone which probably won’t have software updates by the time I want to get rid of it. This means that in 2 years if I decide to sell my iPhone to buy a new one I can sell for almost the price that I bought it in the us, do you understand? Here an used iPhone 11 can cost 600/650 dollars, so in two years I’ll only lose maybe nothing and can use the money to buy the latest pro variant

@@teenking2275 no ya. It lasts me easily 15-20 hours moderate use. I only charge my phone once in one and a half days. For my needs its perfect. But yeah if I was really a heavy user, then I can see it running out.

Just saw on the news the iPhone 13 line removed noise cancellation off all the phones but it’s still on all off the iPhone 12 model’s Apple is supposed to add features not take them away so without a Bluetooth on a call in a noisy environment calls will sound better on the iPhone 12 line

Can anyone give me advice, in my country there are people sell like new second condition iphone 12 batery health 90% for 730usd , and the brand new iphone 13 price is 1000usd. which one should i go for? im planing to use it for long term like 4-5 years , and i use the phone alot for working every day about 10-12hour , the work is not like editing or design work that needed super high spec. and i do not really often take photos or videos, so the camera is not my priority. which one will give me the best value?

Personally, I’d say just go for the 13 as it will have the longest support, brightest display (800 nits max vs. 625 nits max on the 12), best battery life, best camera, newest design, faster processor (though not that much faster), and you get 128 gb of storage on the base configuration vs. just 64 gb starting storage on the 12. The 13 is, in my opinion, the better value.

i would have bought the 13 pro max if I hadnt had a bad iphone 7 with a 50% battery health and a broken charger port because I would have waited 😫 but thats because of the 120hz display. I love my 12 pro max and am thankful but its those little things at times. happened to me the year i got my 7, the 8 and X and XS Max came out then.

To force people to update to the newer version... I think A14 chips are capable or at least have enough power to perform the computation for the photographic styles....

i got a used iphone xs beginning of july and im tthinking about upgrading since my phone has 75% battery health.
Now i am debating between upgrading to iphone 12 or 13.
but i am still confused on which to get.
Just get the battery replaced in the xs, still a great phone
