Rocking the 13 now, and it’s great. USB-C isn’t an issue for me, since I charge my phone using MagSafe. I guess the cameras are better on the 15, but not gonna upgrade since I’m not concerned about my photos
The 13 is a better deal to me. You getting like 90% of the 15
Then again if you get the 15 you won’t have to worry about upgrading for a while since you already have a great battery and all the “innovative features” of the next few iPhones

It's a fantastic phone considering it has the same lifespan as 14 and yet cheaper.
Almost exact same performance as well, practically no difference for someone who doesn't analyze phone performance 👌🏼

Hello nick, can you make a full comparison of 13PM vs 14PM vs 15PM in one video ? still contemplating which one to buy to replace my not "repairable" s21 ultra because the service center judged that my s21 ultra battery still healthy and they wont replace it, eventhough it's only can give me around 2,5 - 3hrs of SoT
Iphone 15 look great to be honest because of dynamic island and that mate finish on back . And it feel comfortable to hold it without caee. .
Thanks for the review. I smashed the back of my 13 and it feels a bit silly upgrading to the 15 given they are almost identical, but might as well go for the newer one for the longer support. Getting a better case for this one and hopefully it will last for years to come.

It’s funny how a 2 year old phone is nearly identical to the brand new one. Even the 12 is closer to the 15 than the 7 to the X witch was a one year difference at the time

I purchased an IPhone 13 (128GB..Starlight) in April 2022..! I am happy with it, but I wish that Aplle had the USB-C port! But it's not worth to upgrade to the IPhone 15. If you want good pictures, buy a Canon digital camera, and as for Satellite connectivity, if you are in the first, lost connectivity, you should carry a Garmin GPS, and if you are being chased by Bigfoot, it's best to carry a gun, so the Satellite will be too late! iPhone 13 is simpler, so less to go wrong, so it's best to wait for IPhone 16...!

Holding on to my 13 until a 120 hz display comes to the regular model. 15 seems just a slight upgrade on the 13. Hope the 16 comes with a mini version

Apple is putting 120hz in the basic models in the 17 series.
Apple will Never give the normal Model a pro Feature. 120hz for Apple means PROmotion. Also ProRaw will Never come to the normal.

I have a midnight color 14. I don’t see myself upgrading in another few years. The 15 is really no different, other than the USB-C that is limited by USB 2.0. So you will not get any faster speeds compared to lightning. The main camera is slightly improved, but if you compare pictures side by side, you would have to be very picky to even notice a difference. I prefer the design of the notch over the Dynamic Island, durability wise. If you have the 13, just keep it. You’re not missing out on anything, other than two less years of iOS support. Even then, Apple still has security patches even two years after the phone is not supported.
We don’t know maybe the 13 will get the same amount of support of the 14 🤷

13 is still great to get now but if you need the USB-C for future-proof, then 15 is the way to go

I was going to opt for the 13 because people were saying the 15 had problems with overheating. I have to update soon as my 8 is on its last leg. Have you noticed it having that problem at all?
There is no heating problem on iPhone 15. thermally better than 13
I saw some comments that actually 15 pro has overheating problems, among others because of the titanium shell. When being in Apple Store, 15 pro was already warm while trying it out. That’s why I decided with 15 - overheating is one of the biggest, most noticeable problems when using iPhone to me.
The biggedt issue with the island iPhones is the proximity sensor, it doesnt work well with whatsapp and other apps using audio files.
I’ve had my 13 for over a year I love it but if I did upgrade, I would like to have a little bit thicker I feel like it’s thin without a case

in my opinion you should buy the 15 plus if battery life is really THE feature you wanna have on your phone. at the moment i am using a 13 and the camera is really great
I bought the IPhone 13 (Starlight ..128Gb), and I am very happy with it! If you want to take quality pictures, buy. Canon or a small Nikon camera, and if you go into the forest, lose cellular connectivity, you should have an electronic compass or a Garmin directional hand handheld beacon ($90).
If you are in the forest, lose connectivity, aiming your IPhone 14/15 for a satellite signal, it may be too late, as Bigfoot can find you quicker than aiming at the satellite!

I don’t think the notch looks old at all. In fact I feel like they should have turned the notch into a camera/display instead of sticking a big oval at the top of the screen. I’ve had the 14 and 15 pro max. I’m going back to my 13. I have no reason to have a pro max. I don’t use any of the pro features and I really do not care about an always on display. And that Dynamic Island is annoying to me.

It's more annoying to see that small gap that won't even matter when you're watching a video 😂 My parents would've bought me the 15 but because of budget issues, we settled on the 13 cuz I just want to make it last until I graduate (2027). Plus, kinda thankful for the realization that I would hate how the 15 looked if I had it. 😂 Serves justice for getting the cheaper phone.

both are great, i guess the main thing would be how much are you willing to spend. considering both are pretty much the same, i would go with the 13, as it's cheaper. i actually upgraded from an X to a 13 :)

I had the 13 and I’m giving my 13 to my mom she has a iPhone 11 with 75% battery health on it and my iPhone 13 has 89% health and I got the iPhone 15 3 days ago and the battery life is the best I’ve ever had
New colors on the iphone 15 are very feminine and I just cant see guys being excited to choose any of those colors. The black would be the only pick for me since starlight isnt available. But I am disappointed in Apple for giving us 4 pastel colors that seem to be very girly

13 is a better choice considering how powerful the chips are ... imagine having one of the most powerful chip a 16 only for 60 refresh rate .. u cant do much ..so the a15 will b more then enough .. still rocking with iphone 12 .. 😂

To me you miss the Elephant in the room... Going back over a decade I experienced a time roaming through a remote sparsely populated area where I had phone service but "Was NOT ALLOWED" to make calls! We should know in rare circumstances phone companies will prioritize enabling calls to authority restricting the public at large! Satellite connect-ability with Apple purchasing their own Satellite System is a reality changer; to my understanding, emergency satellite phone service will not be restricted! From my perspective, any consideration other than Iphone 14 or above is UNTHINKABLE if you have family or significant loved you want to communicate with. Imagine wanting to stay in touch with someone in Israel?
I have used both. 15 is reasonably better. Usb-c, better battery, better camera, a bit better processor and better in hand feel. All these together add to the user experience. However, if you have 13 already, there is no need to upgrade. And people who use their phone for 3 years or more, shouldn’t care abt 200$ diffrence if they have affordability.

15 is more up to date and stronger overall. There are serious improvements in the camera. There is a dynamic island. Battery life is better. many more reasons. I wouldn't buy a phone that was released 2 years ago just for 120 hz.
