My Ian is loving this one ❤😂. So I’m going to have to try this one for him. Apart from the asparagus. Apparently he hates it. Now he tells me 😂😂. Great recipe Ian. And I’m ok watching you chop your veggies or if you want to do it off camera that’s ok too. I think we can all chop or slice our veggies. Sometimes it goes well and I don’t end up with a plaster on my finger 😂😂😂

Ian here is a bit of Aussie food slang if you go into a bakery and order a" meat pie with tomato sauce" and say it in slang, you order a" dog's eye with dead horse" see the rhyme if there's any Aussie bakeries in UK go in and order 1 I think there's a few in London mate. cheers

Love pork chops,I like to sauté cabbage,onion,and apple to accompany the chops with a little caraway seeds,no sauce for me, at least nothing creamy as to me pork chops are rich enough. I like sauce with chicken breast,or filet of fish.

Another - half tbs of olive oil in a pan. Broccoli (more finely cut), garlic and union.
Lightly fry until you see a slight crunch.
Elavates veg tô a whole new level. Much tastier than boiling or blanching x

I'm a different Ian, but if you are on a Keto diet, yes you can use onions and mustard. However you should learn what to eat if on any diet, otherwise it fails in 4 months 99.9% of the time. I say this as I don't want you and others to fail like me.
