Why I Didn't Buy the Danessa Myrick's Palette

- Hey Guys! As you can see I decided to buy the Patrick TA Major Dimension Vol. 3 palette instead of the one by Danessa Myricks. At the end of the day, it just came down to wanting an eyeshadow palette that was classic and honestly, basic but with high performance. I feel I got that with the Patrick TA palette. And frankly, Danessa Myricks Groundwork: Defining Neutrals was just doing too much!
The shadows in this palette by Patrick TA are so smooth and buttery. It's actually a great palette for beginners because the shadows almost blend by themselves. You don't have to do a lot of work. Also, the package is so pretty and sleek, it feels like luxury.

I bought both! The DM pallet has me in a choke hold. I’ve used it almost everyday since I got it. Definitely worth every penny. Definitely justifiable. The ND bib-a pallets a good one too! I also recommend Huda beauty 9 pan chocolate pallet. My favorite neutral pallets!

Nice look! I would have made the same decision between the 2. I have the large Natasha denona biba palette so I don’t need/can’t justify getting either one. Thank you for the video.

Danessa Myricks Groundwork Is A Way Better Palette. It's Only Overwhelming (Too Much 😂) If You Make It, Too Much. Patrick Ta's Is Beautiful But Involves More Skill And Not As Powerful With Pigmentation.
With Any Palette 🎨 We Can Control The Intensity, Use For Liner And Brows And Blush.

Because I’m a warm neutral color palette kinda girl I have those shades so many times over so it’s an easy pass. But the face, hunni you served us. I swear by the balm I use shade as a primer and foundation sometimes.

I don't like going from face to eyes. Something unsanitary about that for me. Just like lip/cheek products. I don't care for that either.

WOW, those lighter shades REALLY POPPED regarding color payoff!! I don't own any of Patrick Ta's products but I will consider it. I'm definitely going to try and duplicate your look. It is fantastic!!
FYI - my current fav is Sigma's An Knook palette. If you're interested in neutrals and some colors.
