😂😂320 boxes in 1 hour its crazy! I worked in zara warehouse it was almost mile long and wider and you have to pick 115 per hour hanging cloths you have to get one from south and other from west 😂😂 and when you’re failed to achieve target they called your name on loud speaker report to the desk and send you home😂😂
@@malik710 that’s crazy having a kpi that high for the type of items you pick, and your isles by the sound of it is double the size of what we worked in. Costas logistics is were I worked, our kpi was 200ctns per hour. If we fell under that in 4hrs (800ctns) you were called up and sent home.
they are moving to slow i have worked in 2 warehouses doing this australia and they forget to mension the pick rates that can be set with this system and they are unrealistic you can make the pick rate but with no regards to safety. would be good if the companies that use this system didnt set unrealistic goals.
Drivers delivering to these cold warehouses(not the cold Chambers) are expected to unload their own lorries. Refuse and Lidl turn you and the goods away.. Drivers self unloading is a condition to the supplier for Lidl to give them the business... To digress drivers do ot get warm clothes supplied in Chill warehouses... Free labour must save Lidl a fortune and not a single facility for visiting lorry drivers... All True Facts....
I used to work in the freezer, pick rate 320 units per hour, for the first four hours. That’s how you keep warm!

In Italy most operators are encouraged to work faster with higher salaries. Since the system helps with that, it's a win win situation.
It don't work like this in all warehouses.
.

How to apply
I doubt it's really worth it . most things done to improve things in the warehouses just make things worse.
Increase in productivity and operators' feedback confirm what is described in the video.
