Read this: Everyone has been seeing the outside of tyler. Seeing him as a horrible monster/serial killer that just played with Wensedays feelings. But in the inside of him, he's just a person who's been drugged and manipulated. I'm pretty sure if Ms. Thornhill hadn't convinced him about all the things about his mother and done all those horrible things to him, I bet he'd be a better person. I bet he would've learned how to control his monster also. In most of the parts when he's a monster, he's being controlled. When he's not he's just out of control cuz he doesn't know how to control it. I know that he had told wenseday that he liked killing people and hearing there screams, but tbh he might've been controlled in that scene too. And I know that he might've not been controlled, but, all the things that Ms. Thornhill has said to him could've been just getting into his mind. Plus Wenseday has scary fantasys, saying stuff sorta like that, and who knows, maybe it was just some scary fantasy of his? And then I highly doubt that he was really just playing with her feelings but he had many chances of killing her and he never did. Plus he seemed to really love her. But this is just my opinion. Yes Wednesday actually took that as a warning from Tyler and not as a threat from the Hyde. When she went to meet Xavier in prison right after this scene, she shows him the drawing of her and crackstone and tells him "Tyler warned me" something is coming. It's interesting that she was able to tell the difference.

I think the problem is that in the finale even when in his human form he showed no redeemable qualities, he acted as he literally never cared for her a bit. Too sad cause I really liked him and Wednesday together :(... I would have been cool if he hadn't got a clue that he was the monster and was only being manipulated in his monster form, that way it would be easier for him to be redeemed.

Tyler is a boy who doesn't get the proper attention from his father, he's without his mother, when he asks his father about his mother, his father is neglectful and doesn't want to talk about it. Then the little redhead saw that the way to manipulate Tyler was by using his mother, then it shows the Flashbacks of the little redhead approaching Tyler and showing him that his mother was a Hyde, she may have manipulated him in many ways, have spoken that the outcasts killed his mother, for him to get mad at the outcasts and help her, but he probably didn't want to help at first and so she kidnaps him, takes him to that cave and TORTURES him, we see him IN chains, then the little redhead appears with a syringe in her hand, I have the theory that that syringe must be some kind of drug that she gave to Tyler, or it could be that syringe that made him look bad. What makes me believe that Tyler is good, is that he was tortured, if he was really bad, the redhead wouldn't have to torture him, she probably did it to force him, another thing that makes me think he's good is that in the beginning he tried to flee the city with Wandinha, remember? I think he was trying to escape from the redhead and protect Wandinha, and remember when he tells Wandinha "at least one of us can leave Jericho" meaning that he was trapped there without being able to leave because of the redhead's control over him, but Wandinha could leave, he was already giving her tips and she didn't realize it, I think it was a way of asking for help, and there's also that scene in the police where he cries talking to her, I don't think it was acting, I think it was another way to ask for help

he is a serial killer, i don't think that a psycopath can have a redemption, he was only manipulated into start to transform, not to kill, he started to like to do it himself, in the show is said that he was an asshole and even was sent to a reformatory, just to think that those 3 idiots where assholes too, and weren't send to a reformatory is already enough for us to connect the lines and see that he is an awful person who only started to be "good" to mislead people in Jericho, it was all part of the plan, if you rewatch it you can se his psycopathic ways when someone says something that should be really creepy to a regular person he always smiled in a creepy way, stop romanticizing only because you think that the actor is cute, or because the actors have chemistry, there's no justification for the things he did, you guys are trying too hard to make him sound like a victim of the teacher, and Xavier was being a normal human being while Tyler was just pretending to be perfect, Xavier said to Bianca that they were going at the dance as friends, he was in love with wednesday and she treated him like shit, while he was always by her side despite her insults towards him, Xavier got sad while seeing the girl he was in love dancing with the guy that used to bully him, who he knew it was a bad person, it was an understandable reaction, he always cared abou her, and even her has feelings for him, if she didn't had she wouldn't insist so much in investigating him all time with no evidences, just rumors, she is a racional person, Tyler is the toxic one, Xavier always cared for her even when she wasn't by his side, Tyler used her ans played her, Xavier relationship with Bianca was toxic for both, it wasn't his fault, if there's someone who was toxic and ungrateful towards their friendship was Wednesday
