I am greatly enjoying the in depth discussion about Layne's beatboxing. Nobody else provides such information. Plus, there's knowledgeable commentary about the singing.
Thanks for your reaction and showing Layne the love! I think you would enjoy checking out Huldra Draco's recent post with Layne in his home studio and the interviews he has done with other reactors (If you send him a message he would probably do an interview with you too). I think you would enjoy his singing on "Little Mermaid Medley" and combined beatboxing and singing on "We Don't Talk About Bruno" Layne is also a very good violin player that can beatbox while playing violin- check him out in their cover of "Warriors".
I love hearing more about Layne’s beatboxing! He doesn’t get enough love!! ❤
Huldra Draco has made a short video of Layne explaining his equipment, you might find that interesting.
Layne does some special effects to get the sounds right for their cover of In the Air Tonight. I don’t know what they are, but I would like to hear you explain them. Your explanations make sense where everyone else is just talking in their specialty and leaving me wondering what they said. 😊
Being a huge Supernatural fan, I love this rendition. And "Rock God Eli" really blossomed in this one. Also, as I mentioned elsewhere, I have to remind myself the drums aren't real in this!💙
You spotted a card for VoicePlay's cover of Drunken Sailor in a different video, and I really think you'd enjoy Layne's contributions on that track. It feels as though his beatboxing is much more forward in that track, and he is completely off the chain throughout. Besides, it's just a wonderfully enjoyable video, and you can really tell that the guys were having a lot of fun with it. Geoff did the arrangement, and he put an entirely new spin on this old, familiar shanty.
Wanting to do that one real bad!!!
I found Voiceplay two weeks ago and love them as well.
i love your voiceplay reactions so much ❤
Love your content. Love VoicePlay. Thanks
Love your reactions! You should try their version of Go The Distance with Omar's brother EJ.
And, be prepared for their next drop. Trust me!
I absolutely love your take on VoicePlay - everyone says how insane a beatboxer Layne is, and yes, I certainly do agree... but very few can explain why and how he does it. I'am up for this. :)
That said, I have to add that among the many, many very good songs of VoicePlay, this is one of may favourites - it just plain rocks.
Oooh oooh oooh! Would someone in the Patreon be willing to suggest "Sleeping In The Cold Below?" Layne goes kinda nuts in that one, and it's amazing! I wish I could afford to be on Patreon for every channel I like, like this one (Klown is rapidly becoming one of my fave reactors) but my husband and I are both unemployed. 💙
Came here to recommend this one. I'd love to a reaction to Sleeping in the Cold Below! It's been on repeat for days now, in my head even when it's not actually being played.
@@shadowsong42 Oh, I know, I always get a big smile on my face when it comes on! I hope a Patron requests it! And I wish I had the money to be on Patreon for all the channels I love! 💙
I love watching how excited you are watching these songs. It is so nice to have a good explaination of what Layne is doing. Keep doin watcha do
If you want to hear Layne singing, The Little Mermaid Medley would be one video to check out. One of the few songs without any beat boxing is True Colours, and Layne's singing is perfect, adds an emotional depth to the song.
And "Bridge Over Troubled Water" and "Can't Help Falling In Love With You!" Oh, and "Hellfire!" 💙
I wouldn´t be surprised Klown does spot beatboxings in True Colours. Looking forward to that.
I’m going to suggest to VP covers where I think Layne is practically unhinged! Please check their cover of the White Stripes song “Seven Nation Army” Some reactors have described him as ‘demonic’ on that one! But also try to check their cover of Imagine Dragon’s “Enemy” - lots of really unique sounds on that one! Or at least so it seems to my untrained ears.
One of my favorite bands covered by my favorite A Cappella group - yeah! 😊
You need to check out their collab of Just Sing (have your CC on to learn about everyone). But they have some beatboxers who were with the group in the past.
Great reaction thanks! They did this song so much faster than original it amazes me.
I don’t know if you intended this or not, but this one doesn’t show up as a reaction unless you go to their playlist on your channel. It doesn’t have many views at all. Just don’t want to miss out on all the views you’ll get if you label it.
Its like an easter egg to find for the viewers, ive not put it public yet, but because i am currently moving, this is a perfect opertunity to upload this video tomorrow!
I've been sharing you're reactions on my reddit...the beatboxing community 💖
Why do you leave comments on the screen? They block the videos you react to. I love your reactions because you break down & explain beatboxing techniques. Thanks for doing this!
I love that you always show us the sounds that you think Layne is using and look at the songs from a beatboxer perspective. Plus you are just fun to watch. Keep the videos coming!
Oh, I missed this Voiceplay reaction due to it being unlisted.
🔥
Glad you focused on the beatboxing, especially for this one. The original version of this song by Kansas is just too meaningful to me, although I get how covering songs is a way of paying homage to their greatness. Thank you!
Hey can you pls react Charmer by Stray Kids
❤😂❤ thank you for your reaction
