Jerma's style of playing Horror games is highly stress inducing. He refuses to look around the entire room as he enters and just walks directly up to shit to examine while there is this huge portion of the room that could have literally anything in it...

@@puddypudding9609 if you have a high level astigmatism, you won't be able to see the corners of your view because your eye repeats your front view to the corners seamlessly. I don't have a high level astigmatism so I'm lucky. It's still annoying tho.
I'm glad he uses face cam for spooky games, I love the thumbnails people make of him.

What's funny to me is that they have that codename but the first time Leon uses it, he says "the president's daughter" right before. Like, they got this whole bird thing going on and he just blows it immediately.
For anyone curious, the fact that he has the expanded treasure map is NOT why he can see things like the blue medallions on the map. It just adds new treasures to the game that aren’t in the base, and THOSE get shown on the map. Gotta love when chat spreads misinformation right?
Right. The fact he reads the paper is what reveals the blue medallions on the map. The "cheater map" doesnt add treasures, its just the map you get from the merchant that youd normally only get from trading spinels. The treasures are there regardless if you have the map

it sucks cause re games are meant to be taken slowly! they have so much content, and the game really rewards you for taking your time and making the effort to explore. hell, im playing re2re rn and the amount of story and goodies you get for taking your time while exploring is awesome, and from what i've seen re4re is the same way! chat is just stupid. same with them making fun of jerma using the deluxe edition weapons and treasure map. like just let the man play the game in a way he's gonna enjoy it! he'll make it fun to watch anyways

After the Pizza Tower streams I can't stop hearing stock sound effects now. They used the same SFX in this game as they did for the chickens and the sewer rats in Ed, Edd n Eddy: The Mis-Edventures for PlayStation 2
I think they used the most generic vase breaking sound effect for RE8. I remember it being in big lady's house.

jerma is a lot like when you go on a vacation with your dad to a place he hasnt been to in a long time and hes like "there used to be a butchers shop there" or "this is where all us kids would hang out"

When I was like 22 I started picking standard or normal in games, you can literally go back and turn up the difficulty if you really want a harder time. At some point you realize you’re playing a game to enjoy it lol
But some people, like me, enjoy the challenge as well, I like having to try my balls off to beat a boss in a video game, it makes beating it that much greater. So it's a preference thing.
Total opposite for me, I used to play on easy mode 90% of the time until my early twenties for some bizarre reason. Now I tend to pick hard if it seems like a decent challenge.
@@davenic2471 I adore hard modes, they push you to plan carefully, observe and memorise your opponents, break the game a little bit, and use up all those hoarded resources for max use.
When I see 'easy' mode, I laugh. Who plays a game for the story? Go watch a movie.
When I saw he was live with this, my brain somehow thought: "hey, I'm definitely gonna play this, maybe I shouldn't watch so I don't get spoilers"

I'll never understand this type of thinking. Story is only one aspect to a game, and remakes can change whatever they want, as seen by FF7. You can still spoil the experience by not playing it yourself
@@Yohoat I don't need the surprise element that is inherent to traditional storytelling to be kept intact for gameplay or extra content. I did not say I'm not going to play it and therefore experience it myself, only that it's dumb, in my case, not to watch the stream. Unless the remake is suddenly a MOBA, I don't think this VOD can spoil much for me.

Not being able to see his hp while he was getting tenderized in the village was so stressful.

I know it's a bit but the funny thing about the CHEATER guns is that they're some of the worst in their respective weapon categories the second the Merchant is available.
Not entirely true. I find that all the weapons in this game has its strengths and weakness. That's one of the things I love about this game, every gun IS a viable option.
