Lego sets? Why dont I just take 150 bucks and burn it? Lego might be the most overpriced thing that exists.
i think it’s fair for it’s branding, quality and demand. the price varies for specific age range options so can’t generalize all the lego sets. personally, i wouldn’t buy 150 lego set but if it was something i enjoyed, like something else with popularity like star wars, i would definitely consider purchasing one. but a lot of the sets aren’t really my thing anyways so i agree with the sentiment nonetheless. the concept of building appeases to the basic human desire of creation so it only makes sense it’s popular.
