This is my part for the ENS MEP. I sort of rush this part but I hope its still enjoyable.
I tried to get in the new episodes of UBW for this but couldn't get any of the Shirou vs. Archer because of deadline.

Can you tell me how you did the effect at 0:03 - 0:04. This spinning effect or what this is called. Just tell which programm you used and how the effect is called. Thanks :)

***** On Vegas, you can use TV simulator to move the clips up and add vertical linear blur. Or have multiple layers of same clip and use pan/crop to move each up. With AE you put clips in line under each other, then move them all up with null object.
