The 220uF capacitor in the input R/C should NOT be polarised. Take for example you have a negative DC fault at the input, the capacitor will now be REVERSE charged. Over time, or prolonged negative DC fault it will destroy the capacitor. Solution is to use a bipolar (non-polorised) capacitor, or two 100uF capacitors with their negatives connected together, and one positive connect to the negative rail and the other connected to the two 10k resistors.

Bro you can use Mpsa42 transistor
NTE194, 2N5833 or 2N5088. BC547 will probably also work, their pinouts are reversed from the 2N counterparts. Even a 2N3904 would do the job.
