Well open up in the Home Screen where the apps are when you connect your cable to your pc to your phone it will say to trust press trust that might fix the issue as I haven’t encountered any issues. What iOS update are you on? You can via usb or charger or do it if both devices are on the same network which means you don’t need the USb but usb is more likely to work

*DISCLAMIER* you must connect your phone to the PC with via charger cable then the option of your Apple ID will come so you could sideload the app onto that device Also when you connect the cable open your phone to the homescreen after putting in the passcode you MUST press trust PC or else this will not work
