I went to see Sunset when she was in London, but she wasn’t well on that day. So I just had the recording and at least have that. I’ve seen her in Les Mis though, and she was incredible as Fantine. She is such an emotional woman which comes through in her superb acting. You can hear her pain and joy, as well as all the others when she portrays them. She’s one of the very best, if not the best actresses who also sing of our generation. We are so fortunate that we can see and hear her perform. ❤️❤️. She is truly great and I wish I could go to Broadway and see her again, but I’m disabled and flying is very complicated now. But to see her in Agatha All Along is amazing. She brings so much presence to the whole cast and works so well in the team of witches! 🧙. Amazing and extremely talented lady!! ❤

Patti said she disliked the film version of Les Mis, when it was released. I and my daughters saw it and loved the film. We also agreed Anne Hathaway’s performance touched us. Patti, it seems, was jealous of Anne’s accolades and the films success. I think Patti should mind her humble meter going forward.
