I alredy find out where this is from and no it's not from hikikomori you actually can't go there in the hikikomori route

You can get to "MARI IS HOME" if you opened the door for Kel on Three Days Left, which is the first time Sunny leaves his own house. My assumption is that if you don't, then Sunny doesn't know his sister supposedly killed herself... and thus he can't see himself thinking she's come back from the grave.
