Very good predictions: 7:23, 17:23. Good prediction: 5:54. After some time playing this game i realize that the secret for a good deck is its price, specialy at low ranks, i mean, look at that play 4:46.
Lunaris Carnifex Plottwist...there are people playing for fun, who don't care about becoming Legend...who don't need to proof that they have enough patience for that boring grind and enough luck to beat the other identical decks...
no, it's night. why would an ascended try to roleplay as a dude wearing armor lol hearthstone.gamepedia.com/Hallazeal_the_Ascended in case you don't berieve
I love this deck, It uses some of absolute favorite cards that otherwise don't see play and has an unlistable amount synergies and interesting interaction.
The main reason it did good Krip, is due to no one expecting Reno, I have been using my own Reno Mage that is half Tempo half Freeze Mage to climb from rank 5 to rank 3 so far, base on my draws it looks like I am Tempo or Freeze, and people play as though I am one of those two decks, boy do they rope their turn after I start playing cards of the other deck or slam Reno down.
10 Hour Loop www.hearthpwn.com/deckbuilder/mage#28:1;44:1;49:1;177:1;220:1;263:1;274:1;276:1;280:1;303:1;395:1;428:1;435:1;467:1;489:1;503:1;522:1;589:1;672:1;14445:1;14454:1;22358:1;27216:1;27228:1;33148:1;33155:1;33168:1;42021:1;42025:1;42028:1; I hope that link works. I am sure there are a few cards that can be replaced with better cards, like Babbling Book or Novice Engineer for Bloodmage Thalnos, but I made the deck with cards I already had just to test out a Reno deck and well it has worked for me. As I said before it really comes down to the fact they are no expecting Reno, and based on your draws you can fool them into think you are Tempo or Freeze and they will play as though you are. Warrior is the only tough match, and it really comes down to drawing the "Tempo" card first and playing them, making the warrior think you are Tempo Mage, forcing him to remove your Mana Wyrm, Flamewaker, Azure Drake with removal or their face. You win vs Aggro by removing their threats and surviving until Reno, I have almost always been able to last until turn 7 and just so happen to have Flame Strike or Blizzard + Reno in my hand by then. Other match ups you win the way Freeze mage always wins, You can also use Cabalist Tome to fetch cheap spells for Antonidas, Yogg is there to YOLO and board clear or win the game if needed. This is a rough estimate 3/0 Vs Maly Druid 3/1 vs Rouge 3/1 Vs Hunter 3/0 vs Paladin 3/1 vs Tempo Mage 2/0 vs Freeze Mage 5/6 vs Warrior 5/2 vs Shaman 4/1 vs Zoo Lock 2/1 vs Reno Lock
I guess I should add I have been getting some really lucky Cabalist Tome cards, as in mostly cheap removal or aoe+ another Cabalist Tome and even Ice blocks.
this deck gives me so much satisfaction. i admire your play style to deviate from the meta and find fun decks. kudos on using my 1600 dust to craft RIGHT BEFORE THE NEXT EXPANSION!
OTKerino Kripperino Well that's an easy one. Step 1- Get healing wave off of jewled scarab. Step 2- Be against a rogue, play nefarian, and get shadowstep. After that, play thalnos and shadowstep it (preferably on the same turn, with the coin). Step 3- on the following turn, play mana tide totem, evolve it, get auchenai soulpriest out of it, play thalnos, and use both healing waves on your opponent and win every joust. Easy 30 damage right there in a single turn.
Until rank 10 you can ladder up with nearly every bullshit at a high winrate, cuz ppl make a ton of misplays. Especially the control players at this rank do a lot of misplays. Anyway, it's for the fun and i like every not net-decked new attempt. From 10-5 your winrate might shrink noticeably and from 5-legend it's one of these 50% forever bouncing back and forth decks. In the new expansion seem to be some control combos that actually might win you the game instantly. I think that's a good thing. We need extremly powerful late game combos so you feel rewarded for making it that far and to avoid that control vs control is automatically a fatique war.
I like playing Curator shaman, dragons, murlocs and a few good beasts, with the 2/2 Buff cards and murloc Buff spell, actually surprises beats alot of decks :D
I play Reno Dragon Warlock and its kinda like Wallet Warrior for warlock, I fought a wild wallet warrior with my standard deck and i matched it thereat for threat, it was pretty awesome.
I made the Reno Dragon Paladin variant. Instead of shaman cards put in (better) paladin cards like Lightlord, Consecration, ... Also works very good :)
I love dragon decks, though most of my dragon control decks have nzoth, sylvanas, and deathwing draognlord in it. interesting to play a dragon deck without any of those
In the first game at ~5:45, I think he should've Nightmared the taunt totem, to make it *much* harder to remove by any other mean than making C'thun hit it, thus forcing the warlock to either Remove Soul or use 7 damage removal on Doomsayer.
This card is pretty much a card, which compared to other cards, is pretty good. But if you have another card on the board, then i makes it pretty bad. But again, if the card that you opponent has can trade with this card, that makes it somewhat good but being a card it's hard to evaluate until we see the rests of the cards from this expension.
Hey Kripp, did you make the deck for fun and then find it to be as successful as it was, or theorize beforehand that it would be good (not implying it would be bad, just that it wouldn't be exceptional)?
My Dragon Paladin deck dominates literally any control deck as well. The only decks that have beaten me, were tempo mage or zoolock, but if I got to turn 5-6, they'd be in trouble. Once we hit 10 mana, I would always dominate the board.
Wywern291 oh it is, If you want all the cards for this deck ur gonna have to save up on the dust and disenchant alot of golden cards (which is what I did to get the legendaries for it) right now I'm only 1 legendary short (Bloodmage Thalnos) to complete the deck but it was easily replaceable. It was worth it tho.
Been playing this deck a for quite some games. Pretty fun but I' m having a hard time against some match ups like cthun warrior. The deck has trouble against big targets while having nothing on the board. Rag and cthun are big problems if your hex is at the bottom of your deck.
So I decided to mess around and made a wild deck with 25 beasts, 2 Ani. Companions and Hundmasters, and call of the wild. I win like 7 games in a row and I went from rank 25 to 16. Try this type of deck out (it's fun)
15:15 Does Kripp actually believe that there should be deck archetypes other than Aggro Shaman, Midrange Hunter and Arena Mage? One does not simply believe in such folly!
in my opinion you can replace a loot hoarder with a braan. It's bigger value in the control matchups with netherspite, scarab, fire ele and blackwing and it's also more flexible for the aggro and midrange matchups... altgough its my opinion
I'd like to play hearthstone more but its barrier to entry of requiring so many legendaries and good specific cards are daunting. I'm tempted to buy all the adventures at Christmas with the release of the newest expansion and attempt to get in seriously. Although Kripp sounds unsure of the state of the game and I'm worried about wasting my money then finding I don't like the game at higher ranks or whatever. I'm also not planning on spending money on packs so my progress would still be very slow. Do you think its at all worth it trying to get into the game with a budget or should I not bother?
I have a similar deck... but mine has 7 7+ mana cards... and is almost an instant win against most cotrol too. It is a instant loss against pirate warrior and divine shield paladin though.
Just played against this deck at rank 15. He didn't play reno until he was like 3 turns into fatigue with 3 cards in his hand. I just don't understand. It wasn't his last card either. edit: I beat him easily with control priest.
Tomorrow: Reno-Control-Dragon/murloc-SpellDamage-RNG-Totem-Buff-Shaman Deck.
Gustavo Barbosa Ce é br man tem q comentar em portugues kkkkkkkkk
I'm just new, but is it not to much?

Very good predictions: 7:23, 17:23.
Good prediction: 5:54.
After some time playing this game i realize that the secret for a good deck is its price, specialy at low ranks, i mean, look at that play 4:46.
yep
Your comments make me realize how often Kripp guesses what the opponent will do. Never noticed it before.
FarSightterino Kripperino best kripperino in my opinion
no 9:45?=(
That was too obvious my friend. :(
no N'Zoth and sylvanas -> not kripp’s deck
Can't forget the 2 loot hoarders.
KolyatKrios Europe soube que o nego das previsões também e Br
KolyatKrios well 2 hoarders in a reno deck is not a good idea ^^
Z'noth new card PogChamp

Anybody noticed that eater of secrets says "i know who you are" speaking about Mysterious Challenger ;)
He's often teched into wild decks.

Yay, finally a control deck I can play! all I need is about 300 dollars for all these legendaries

Lunaris Carnifex Plottwist...there are people playing for fun, who don't care about becoming Legend...who don't need to proof that they have enough patience for that boring grind and enough luck to beat the other identical decks...
Nate Hicks. i have put in 100 dollars since beta and i have all these cards. do your daily quests
I have put in absolutely no money in this game and I can craft every single viable deck on ladder, just do arena runs..
Zarorex DarkenTale I hate arena so much tho
3:55 "check out my games, and I'll see you guys, in a little bit" (sylvannas appears) " I HAVE NO TIME FOR GAMES!!!" XD
More like Reno dragon curator evolve spell damage heal shaman.
"utility shaman

nice evolve-spell damage-control-barnes-aggro-reno-random legendaries-midrange-fatigue deck you got there
If reno dealt 30 damage instead of healed 30 health it would see more play. 30 SMOrc damage
It would also be beyond retarded.
SMArt, deal 30 damage to face
Casper Christensen *woosh
Easy. Auchenai + Reno = 30 dmg to face

why would he roleplay as a time of day?
8:40 , God damn Kripp, where are your manners? :)
The way you dealt with that C'thun behind the taunts was inspired! Beautiful play.
0:22 so you say...(pause for that face Kripperinos)
I love this deck, It uses some of absolute favorite cards that otherwise don't see play and has an unlistable amount synergies and interesting interaction.

Alfred Hoglund how dare you doubt the council of Kripps
Man some of Kripps plays are actually amazing, that play at 10:00 tho
Nice deck. I always like to see people have success with a deck that uses Charged Hammer. Thanks for sharing Kripp!
Kripp came at the end
gachiGASM
No, he was there the whole time. Are you blind and deaf?
The hunter match up was amazing.Strong aoe
You always remind us how fun Hs can be. Thanks for the videos!!

hit me broski
So i did reno hunter and it looks pretty good. (no one expect Flair from hunter)
I enjoy me some good non-cancer Shaman. Here's hoping something like this becomes the main Shaman deck once the "Midrange" stuff rotates out in 2017.
Lol twisting nether vs Reno. Reno screams "oo noo noo noo noo" as he is dragged into the nether

Love Kripp
A deck that actually requires skill to play.
And many legendaries
Артём Попов True, but without skill, the deck will still lose to... say, a good player playing mid-range shaman.
Drunken Dionysus you can replace domr legendarys such as nefarian or onixia
Kripp played SO FUCKING WELL in these clips I was amazed how he played around stuff
this deck gives me so much satisfaction. i admire your play style to deviate from the meta and find fun decks. kudos on using my 1600 dust to craft RIGHT BEFORE THE NEXT EXPANSION!

Nah-ah. If icehowl silenced then it can't attack due loose of charge.
Roque Moreno Aguilar What? Onyxia and icehowl are both 9 mana, doesn't work even if icehowl retained charge after being silenced.
OTKerino Kripperino Well that's an easy one. Step 1- Get healing wave off of jewled scarab. Step 2- Be against a rogue, play nefarian, and get shadowstep. Had a lot of fun with this deck nice one Kripp
Kripp seemed really happy in this video.
just tried this deck. very fun to play. try it out!
Where is Brann? Into brann+fire elemental=6 damage to face
wtf was that first warlock playing funnel cakes overheal into tap
Do you mean: Annoying(Reno) Curve(Dragon) Cancer(y'know) ?
I like playing Curator shaman, dragons, murlocs and a few good beasts, with the 2/2 Buff cards and murloc Buff spell, actually surprises beats alot of decks :D
A good Shaman deck. What a surprise in today's meta!
4:10 why didn't ysera generate a card for the warlock at the end of the turn?
Sunwell Cleanser ahhh thank you, that was driving me nuts

Surprised to not see Justicar i this deck. The ability to drop a specific totem is great for control.
Didn't see charged hammer until after :p Now it makes sense to not have Justicar xD
Replacement for chillmaw?
I play Reno Dragon Warlock and its kinda like Wallet Warrior for warlock, I fought a wild wallet warrior with my standard deck and i matched it thereat for threat, it was pretty awesome.
Incredible deck Thank you Kripp, your still the best!!
I think I'll build and play this tonight, looks fun
I made the Reno Dragon Paladin variant. Instead of shaman cards put in (better) paladin cards like Lightlord, Consecration, ... Also works very good :)
I love dragon decks, though most of my dragon control decks have nzoth, sylvanas, and deathwing draognlord in it. interesting to play a dragon deck without any of those

How I enjoy the little amounts of salt you can read from the opponents:
*[Literally any small amount of good RNG]*
*ASTONISHING!*
Stoked to try this
My Dragon Paladin deck dominates literally any control deck as well. The only decks that have beaten me, were tempo mage or zoolock, but if I got to turn 5-6, they'd be in trouble. Once we hit 10 mana, I would always dominate the board.
According to the clips it seems pretty solid.
I thought about trying this, but damn if this deck isn't really expensive compared to most others that have like 2 legendaries.

One does not simply believe in such folly!
Where is the farsighterino kripperino when we need him?
Why do we need him?
Guys it's called Malygos Cthun Druid
My Favorite deck too play is a revive/control priest I made a control warrior concede after I revive silvannas 4 times in a row
Man this deck looks so fun.
Zen it is. The amount of comebacks I've made using this kind of deck was hilarious.
in my opinion you can replace a loot hoarder with a braan. It's bigger value in the control matchups with netherspite, scarab, fire ele and blackwing and it's also more flexible for the aggro and midrange matchups... altgough its my opinion
i have a dragon shaman but not a Reno variant. worth a try i guess
considering he said he has never lost and exsplained it still had that winrate at a decent rank, not really. besides the man wants fun
***** k. nice comeback kappa.
that first arcane missiles tho...
I'd like to play hearthstone more but its barrier to entry of requiring so many legendaries and good specific cards are daunting. Any replacement for Halazeal?
no
Reno, dragon, control shaman.. won all my games for an hour and a half. How many games did u made with this deck..? 3??
Replacements for Chillmaw and Onyxia?

Just played against this deck at rank 15. He didn't play reno until he was like 3 turns into fatigue with 3 cards in his hand. I just don't understand. It wasn't his last card either.
edit: I beat him easily with control priest.
This deck is so creative
So... what about midrange shaman matchup?
Is the charged hammer really needed?
volcanic drake over thing from below what a choice
replacement for chillmaw?
THAT'S INCREDIBLE!
i built a deck with the same name before karazan. It wasnt the greatest, but it was fun. too bad i dont have onyxia or chillmaw
how would you replace chillmaw and halazeal?
