I love your videos.I do however want to take this moment to mention Jimmy Carter and how he was such a huge supporter of Habitat for Humanity. He volunteered in Georgia helping to build homes for the needy and was true humanitarian. It is through him I heard about Habitat and then found you and your wonderful videos.
I love the print on the red wing back chair. I want to say what an inspirational life President Carter lived. He will be missed but always remembered for Habitat Humanity and the hours of work both he and Rosalynn put into it.👍💕

Actually, the music I listened to was older. Mom listened to Hank Williams Senior and that genre when I was a child. I remember Hey Good Lookin and a few more going around in my head right now. And when I was a teenager I got a tiny transistor radio that I listened to all the time. Wolf-man Jacks program was an all nite favorite of mine. His was an 'outlaw station ' as I remember. Mom loved Willie Nelson, John Cash, all the 'outlaw' boys. I think she may have known a few of the 'good ole boys ' from back in the day of honky tonks and beer joints. We even had a couple of relatives who played in bands and owned beer joints and dance halls. Love Ur videos, especially the collectibles and antiques. Wish I had some of the stuff I've seen in my life time.

My parents had a stereo like that when I was a kid. They mostly played records and listened to it on Sunday mornings-Bluegrass and country; Christmas music in December. I was afraid to touch it for fear of breaking it! I think there was a radio in there too, but I can’t remember. It was a great sound though! I loved the red wing chair and the ultra suede sofa. You put our ‘Restore’ to shame, although one that I was in had some great antique cherry pieces. Thanks for another great video! Happy New Year to you and your family. ❤

Happy New Year, Kelly! Right off the bat, I love the wicker entertainment Center and the gorgeous set of lamps! My goodness, the antique buffet table, looked like it belonged in the Tudor era! My husband would love that! The speckled top coffee table and two end tables reminded me of me of my childhood, we had an end table similar to that style. For some reason I liked the set. I too, like a four poster bed as well, had one in when I was a little girl. I’ve been looking for a fold up tread mill, since I live in a small cottage, no where to store it., unless outside in my shed. Loved the duncanfife sofa, would love to reupholster it ( the first sofa . Yes I certainly remember growing up with that type of record player, in fact we inherited one with a stereo, radio and television set combined. Love to restore the white painted vanity back to its original wood! Speaking of restoring something, the silent auction cast iron set would be something restored and used! My favourite find was the speckled 1960’s style coffee table and end tables set, very nostalgic for me!

That sideboard was my favorite also! But, the radio/record player was a close second ❤️. The hours we listened to the music I really miss. When I saw the tree with the tinsel I started to laugh. My mother would always say, quit throwing it on, put it on one by one 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️. I don’t use tinsel, every cat in the house would be covered 🤣. The cast iron is wonderful. Years ago my nan found a vintage buffet like the one you showed at an edt a te sale when she got it home to clean found hidden draw in the middle where the bottom scroll work is with latches under neath to open there was a bible with a will in it neadless to say she brought it back to the estate also good memories dancing with mom and nan to old records played on same phonograph llove your walk throughs and commentary

Mom seemed to place them just right and they sparkled and shimmered as the door opened and closed. Lots of good memories. I remember former President Jimmy Carter and all his good works for the Habitat Humanity. Every time I think of him I remember that it was my very first time to vote. Oh boy I wish I had room for that vanity. I need the 4 poster bed in queen please n thank you.😂. I hope n pray you guys didn’t have any damage from yesterday’s storm system. I’ve heard some sad news about temporary bridges washed out, deaths etc. I know when it hit us, it felt like our second story was going to come off. The wind hit hard but it felt like there was kind of a suction feeling hit the house. We did not have any damage but lots of trees down everywhere. I heard my nurse say a tree landed on her aunts car. I pray you all are safe and no problems. Hugs😊❤

Oh boy I wish I had room for that vanity. I need the 4 poster bed in queen please n thank you.😂. I hope n pray you guys didn’t have any damage from yesterday’s storm system. I’ve heard some sad news about temporary bridges washed out, deaths etc. I know when it hit us, it felt like our second story was going to come off. The wind hit hard but it felt like there was kind of a suction feeling hit the house. We did not have any damage but lots of trees down everywhere. I heard my nurse say a tree landed on her aunts car. I pray you all are safe and no problems. Hugs😊❤

And get this - they asked me to be one of their community cooks. I was SHOCKED! 🤯 My folks had a huge stereo like you showcased. It had a 60's look to it with sleek lines.
