I just wanted to say I’ve been low key binge watching your videos and I’m not even a law student! I’m a freshman in college, majoring in finance, but I just love your life style! Just wanted to share my POV 💕
Can you do a little crash course for law school...Like, what you learn, the courses you take, or how it preps you for eventually being a practicing attorney. I’m a high school student and don’t 100% know the ins and outs of law school.
I loved the vibe of this video so much. How cold and snowy and christmasy and how you actually got work done (that really inspired me!). Keep up the good work we really love watching your law vlogs
I really enjoyed this video; it was a good mix of content. I myself am not a law student, but find you down to earth, relatable and inspiring. I watch purely for the lifestyle content and fur babies (Btw, so cool that dogs always know where their toys or a crumb of food is, even when we humans can't see them!) As a Psych grad student, acronyms and repetitive writing of facts were what helped me too; great tips!
I'm actually a nursing student! I've been following you for at least a year and a lot of your content is pertinent to school to. Love your videos and I would love to be as disciplined as you! Getting there as I keep working on it.
I've been watching your videos for a year now, and I just submitted my law school applications for Fall 2019 yesterday night! Your vlogs always excite me for next year! :)
hehe. "in 1925". I like that. I definitely always have to readjust my study style depending on the class. Definitely re-writing my notes and doing my memorization techniques are always a success for me. (love the video) xoxo
Not in law school, but always remember how important hand writing is! For me I have to hand write everything or I can’t remember. If I take good in class or from the book notes I study through handwritten outlines, making extra notes each time I review, and drawing things so I can picture my outline or notes when I’m in the test!
Your table in the civ pro supplement is gold! Such a great idea! Love your approach! Also just love your channel. I also came to law school because I have a strong interest in Con Law. Hope your finals go well 💞
I really, really liked this video!! such an inspiration, and even though I'm not a law student (I'm a nursing student), i think the exam tips were relevant!
Your tips for the book exam was so helpful! Stressing my federal income tax exam because I don’t have an outline but we get our code book 📚 thank you! And good luck on your finals!
About to take my first 1L examinations and this was so helpful. Loved the civ pro chart matching up the cases. Just added it to my outline, thanks a bunch! :)
My husband and I are coming to NY in December. Any tips and must see/eats? We're going to the city so I know I won't run into you but that would be so cool 😍😂
What you said about everyone looking rough at the end of this semester is So true!! !! I have given up on doing a full face of makeup and only do my eyebrows and mascara and chapstick now lolololol. It’s already snowing here in MI!!! 😭😭 Will you be making a Christmas wishlist video?
Great study tips! I have just finished my exams for anther year - So. Happy. Do you find there is a disparity between what you learn in law school compared to working in the field? Did your summer job involve areas that you had learnt about at law school (Contracts, property law and conveyacing etc...)
Can you tell us a little about what your goals are? You seem busy with law review and also seem to be aiming to make the best grades possible within your classes. I’ve been told from other students that it’s often a choice of building your resume with things like law review or internships, or making the best grades possible. I won’t be in law school until fall 2020 so just wondering your thoughts!
Thank you for all the helpful tips (and Peach clips)! :) Do you have any legal writing tips? The struggle is REAL. I am writing my Open Memo which is due on Monday and I am so behind since the SoCal fire evacuations. Getting back to work after finishing this video.
I'm so sorry about the fires! I don't really have any tips, but what I do to make it easier is make a really detailed outline with all the cases and correct citations
You said you need to study in complete silence... me too! But I just CANNOT tune noise out. I have a three year old who is the loudest person on the planet. How do you tune out noise when you can’t find silence?
Wow for us it's a closed book exam and you can bring only your statute book which you can only highlight or underline.we can't write at leas a letter in that.sigh I hope they'll allow us outline atleast.

RIGHT!
thank you!!
I'm huuuuge on acronyms too for studying!! the trees and the snow looks so pretty too omg
Same!!!
acronyms are the best

great idea!! ♥️
when you said "we all are just suffering together" I FELT THAT
Brooke Butler a kid from my college texted a group chat saying “being a student is misery” and isn’t that the truth

I know i said this last video, but I’d love to watch more cleaning videos, routine videos, and things like that. Love this channel!

thank you ! ♥️
These are probably the most helpful tips I've seen on UA-cam; straightforward and applicable!
Your videos put me in such a great productive mood so I always try to save them and watch them closer to when I know you’ll upload another.
I've been watching your videos for a year now, and I just submitted my law school applications for Fall 2019 yesterday night! Your vlogs always excite me for next year! :)

I can't wait for the decorating post! Enjoy the snow!

Thanks for the study tips! Another thing that I do-- I don't summarise in a notebook or on computer, I make key cards! Helps a lot.

Will you be making a Christmas wishlist video?
I LOVE the music in this vlog!! Do you have a Spotify or can you share what music you use in your videos??
I get it all from epidemicsounds.com which is a copyright free website that you have to pay monthly for! I don't believe its on Spotify
these are really good tips! keep up the good work!
Can you start listing the songs you use in videos? I love all the music you play in the vlogs!

Hows the candle? I work part-time at Big Lots and I'm always in the mood for a good candle. Sometimes they are good, and other times the candles suck.
amazing!!
@@LipsticksandLattes I will be getting it!!

Please Please Please film a Study with me video!
You said you need to study in complete silence... me too! But I just CANNOT tune noise out. I have a three year old who is the loudest person on the planet. How do you tune out noise when you can’t find silence?
Chantal Elizabeth youtube “white noise” and put in some headphones! that is my go to when I can’t be in silence.
agreed! white noise!
Can you do a vlog on how you budget?
I have a video called budgeting tips!
@@LipsticksandLattes oh perfect, I'll go look for it. Thanks!
what is the song at 8:30 ?
Girl RT on the citations 😂 I’m in business law and as boring as case briefs are, I gotta love citing a million ibid/supras to save my lazy ass.
supra EVERYTHING
What’s an outline? I’ve heard it in a few other vlogs as well... must be an East Coast thing 😂
Definitely not just an East Coast thing! I'm in the midwest and outline just refers to basically a study aide or something you can bring to the exam!
yeah I'm pretty sure an outline is a word used everywhere haha
@@toridity6528 That's so weird! I'm in college in Oregon and I've literally never heard it.
@@hannahsolheim2249 It is a law school thing I believe.
I'm taking the lsat tomorrow and I'm super nervous! Do you have any tips that helped you stay calm and not get overwhelmed??
Reagan Block me too! good luck!
