  • This was supposed to be a video where we bring a Dyson DC50 back to life! However, I was not paying attention and fitted an ERP head to a NON ERP body... And now have 2 dead dysons!

Only ever had one and it was a screamer - it went in the bin! I'd never try repairing one Sam theyre just too complicated!
Hope you get it sorted mate!

I have stripped down one of these to replace the main motor and it was a nightmare of a job to do. Crazy design in my opinion. I much prefer my standard dyson dc14 which works flawlessly.

Seems both the Dc24s and Dc50s are both nightmares 😂

They are! Granted I didn't help by plugging incompatible parts together but it's still a hateful machine to work on 😂

BMWs are horrific to work on from what I’ve heard uncle had a f30 340i which was stage 3 remapped was a beast got into a very low speed collision that caused structural damage and wrote off the car

Never a fan of Dyson. Yeah, they have good suction, reliability is mediocre. Over engineered and the plastic is rather brittle.
