My name is Ryan Tafazolli, pro footballer for Wycombe Wanderers in the Championship.

Not only that, as someone who has played professional football for the last 12 years, I’ve built up a vast amount of knowledge that I can share with you guys to help you become the best footballers.

I have a question, What makes Ruben dias so better? Like you both play same position, same hight & weight most probably. I'm not talking about unfair advantages like father, academies and all. Only if I make a comparison of you & Ruben in the matter of technicalities then what do you think what makes him so special or better.

Bro 22 is soo young man, you don’t see that many 22 year olds in football getting their regular spot, just chill and let nature take its course, naturally everyone hits their prime from 26-31 so you have loads of time bro
Love the content but realistically their is no way to get from a mature to pro fast, without talent, it takes at least 10,000 hours to become a professional and that’s why football is an amazing sport is because it is extremely hard to achieve in

Hi Ryan, how important is a good posture for a footballer? I would say I’ve got bad posture and do you have any tips to help me improve my posture?
there are lots of exercises to improve posture but you should consult a licensed physical therapist first.
Andy Robertson is one of the best attacking fullbacks in the world and he is built like Quasimdo. You'll be sound.
