It’s got soul and rhythm but its different than Withers, Gaye, Pendergrass and such as in it’s got that new era feel of that captures the essence of the early 80s combined with the classic sounds of R&B but with a smoky, treble vocal dynamic laid over a smooth backdrop

I've had the Foreigner "Records" album since it came out. Awesome band. Lou is an all time great singer. My favorite love songs include details about the person, not only their beauty. Those inner qualities that make up who they are, and what they mean to another. The genre isn't as important, as long as the meaning is expressed succinctly.
If you had a girlfriend when this album came out, you definitely went to a Sam Goody's or your favorite vinyl store and a got a copy. Pretty soon you had this playing in the background on a Saturday night!
