- Thanks for coming here - Here I demo the STL Tones' Tonality Plugin - Andy James' own guitar plugin suite. I personally think this is one of the best plug-ins available, it's certainly my favourite one so far, and definitely worth trying out at the very least.

Thanks man! With this track I wanted to create simple melodies that emphasised the simple rhythm as best I could (where they fit of course), almost like Rap phrases do in hip hop.

Whoa, people need to check out Blue Dawn, also off of Heavy Balance, sounds like something Tony MacAlpine would be proud to .written, seriously! And suppport the artist. Tramaine is simply Brilliant and Original, featuring a nice blend of great influences its eclectic and clear. Plus the Solid Album on tab and Backing Tracks means a lot to an Avid guitarist such as myself, and there is no filler material. Even at 50 p speed, its super invigorating and fun to play.. I mean those Verses and Chorus lines, and solos are just choice, brilliant, not a single wasted note, on Blue Dawn (Featuring Marco S.) and again this track by Tramaine, I'm certain our American King MacAlpine would be proud to have written and not a wasted note on the album for that matter. Been listening to Vinnie Moore, Tony MacAlpine, Marty Friedman, Paul Gilbert and Racer X,, G3, Malmsteen since the 90's then later on The Great Andy James and this album definitely toward the top of the list in terms of brilliant song writing, tasteful playing and production quality, one of the most dynamic debut albums I've ever heard! Buy it!

I just found out Andy is the guitar player for FFDP. I’ve not really found any music from the band that I like. However, I LOVE the dude’s solo work. That killer instinct cover was so sick. Yes as long as you have an electric guitar and audio interface you can use this. If you wish to use the plugin and not the standalone version, you simply just need to get a DAW such as Logic Pro X, Cubase, Studio One etc 😁

How this plugin holds up against Kemper?
Axel Cuto surprisingly well, I don’t actually like plugins at all, but this was so easy to use and you get a perfect tone right out of the box. I actually use this 90% of the time now and rarely use the Kemper unless I need a specific tone

dragtr0n yes especially with the lower budget 8 strings. For me the EMGx ‘s made this guitar sound 100 times better. And they don’t sound to compressed, I think I’m gonna give some fishmans a spin next! 😁
