appreciate it, but i don't think I'll do another evolution video for a while since black ops 6 is right around the corner! ill just be doing BO6 videos for the foreseeable future unless the game sucks.
Patrol was added to CODM, of all things. CODM is very similar to MWIII in regards to seasonal content, like modes and events. It's a shame how Vanguard turned out because the movement and gore (I'm not a psycho :3) was very satisfying. All it needed to do was put WaW and MW in a blender.
It wasn’t disappointing because i had no expectations of a ww2 cod. Mw2 on the other hand… The hype was way bigger, looked more promising but the game turned out worse than vanguard
@@eefan SHG is on our side, they actually want to do games in the right way. They have been the real reason and for me, they should put SHG in charge of MW4 and remove IW from their back, so they can freely work and create a great game, I can only imagine how high SHG could set the standard if they get the right amount of time/money/creative liberty.
nahh... honestly, i really liked how the campign was set up and also, i like how fluid and faced paced the multi was maps were big but you cna get to the other side fairly quick, they werent basic three lane maps so there was a little more nuance to them the guns felt really got to manipulate and shoot all like 12 attachment was pretty cool sniping was actually amazing, especially the 20 rnd mag for the 3 line, which is my favorite ww2 sniper as well and althoguh zombies wasnt great, at least they listened to the community and added two final round based map was actually the mostrecent underrated title
I don't do any aim training, i legit just play the game everyday. Back when i first started playing kbm on cod, id go into recruit bots on a small map and practice my aim and movement on them for a warmup before hopping into public matches and it helped a ton!
ill probably end up getting all the mastery camos, prestige master and 100% completion of multiplayer this year. That all depends on if the game stinks or not though lol
i actually switched to clothpads around 6 months ago now, i started playing a lot more warzone so being on cloth was very helpful with close range tracking. If i only played multiplayer id probably still be on glass!
It’s insane that they had this timeline for multiplayer Mw19-masterpiece Cold War- awful Vanguard- awful Mw2-extremely awful Mw3- bit better, still awful Bo6- good not great Seriously I don’t understand how they can go backwards before reluctantly slowly going back to what they did right. I seriously think they should have just kept updating mw19 for these years and would have been better off. Enough of the catering to and protecting low-skill players. The perk and attachment system in mw19 was perfect, the movement was perfect, the gunplay and ttk was perfect, the field upgrade system was perfect. If they just added more maps to bring the overall quality of maps up, and had working anticheat, turned off sbmm completely, mw19 would have been a serious esport game. The skill ceiling of that game was the biggest of any cod
If vanguard doesn't have to go with the MW2019 engine, they've shouldve gone for a different engine instead, and come up with a accurate fictional plot story, and for zombies, I wish it was different such as giving it round based map, not the objective ones, and for the gunsmith, I think they should not go for attachments, as most of them didn't fit or even existed, and ten attachments are kinda OP. So I would tune it down and not for go for Reskinned MW2019 WW2 type of thing, and the operators, I don't think they're lore accurate at all, but I would change all modes such as the Campaign, Multiplayer and Zombies. But my focus would be the zombies since it didn't have any more maps and lore to it or even newer zombies and boss zombies as well
I have a soft spot for Vanguard despite the hate. Being the first call of duty I played, (disregarding warzone) the campaign is okay and is perfect for people that have a mindset of just shooting and no thinking, although I can understand the shortcomings plot-wise. The gameplay is a perfect example of how modern movement should be balanced and the guns feel smooth and flexible like a arcade shooter. Zombies was a similar experience to campaign and looking back at it now, feels like a indie game on its own.
I'll probably be streaming on the Monday after! I'll make a video on Friday with my initial impressions and stuff then ill start the camo grind/prestige master grind on stream Monday :)
I never bought the game, but I managed to grind out Atomic by just playing free trials and Warzone. I've gotten multiple V2 rockets by just abusing the wallhack perk, by shooting the tires in spawn and killing enemies on the other side of the map through them 😂😂
Good video, but no way u are saying if there was no SBMM people would be quitting fast af 8:55 Vanguard is the new era cod with the less SBMM, in old cods where sbmm didn't exist people never quit, they was always eating em bullets being brave af and learning how to play to get better, SBMM just made people weak, they always playing against same skill people and never learn how to get betterm and if they do, the only think they get is harder lobbies, cause that's what the SBMM does, putting u in lobbies where the Skill is equal. It's just my point of view tho, dont pretend to offend or sum shi. Like i said, nice video and the game play was tuff
Personally I'm not sure why Vanguard or WW2 get hated on so much. I liked both of them. I personally don't think the WW2 setting gets any more boring than any other setting. Maybe it's just me...
Goated cod idc not trolling. Probably would’ve been 10x better if it had more support but overall one of my favorites. I can respect the vision but the execution was not there. The game had a lot of bs cheese and I enjoyed it. Still do I’m still playing it
Didn't Activision 'cut their losses' half way through this game because it didn't sell as well as they hoped? Kinda sucks because this game desperately needed more content
MW2022 at least fits the niche of a slow COD with emphasis on aiming/positioning over movement. Vanguard? The only one in the franchise that cancels your sprint by MISSING your target?
Yall dissing MW2 but the campaign was one of the best these past few years. Gave the main cast more life especially Ghost and some amazing side characters.
I really enjoyed the game, but at launch many camos weren't tracking and my account got fucked even after they """fixed""" the issue my camos weren't tracking so it killed my interest. Also the no factions thing for the operators, that really killed it for me as well as silly as that sounds. Just erked me the wrong way, no reason they couldn't have just split them up into 2 teams
Call me crazy but this game really doesn’t deserve the hate it got. The gameplay was very fast paced and I’m personally a huge fan of this particular gunsmith system. Yeah, the amount of attachments made it quite compacted at times, but I loved being able to switch calibers for most guns, being able to entirely change the way it performs.
Idk if you will read this but honestly campaign was fun here and there, zombies made me quit the game so fast but multiplayer was probably one of the best, i liked how each operator had a mastery in which you got different styles FOR FREE like that’s insane, then guns took too long honestly i just got maybe a gun close to max 👀 but yea i enjoyed the game alot it was like 2017 ww2 but advanced movement minus the crates and HQ which i felt made WW2 a great game and brought players together but all in all, vanguard was a solid 7/10 game while lately the games have been a 4/10 or even 5/10, bo6 probably made cod better since mw22 and mw23 but ww2 games will have a soft spot in my heart even if slide cancelling all throughout the campaign was super unrealistic, it was great and i have minimal complaints compared to the thousands who are overly judgmental about cod games, let the minor problems be minor problems, none of it hurts the experience
yeah i would've enjoyed multiplayer way more if i played respawn modes and went for nukes, i mained search and destroy whenever vanguard was out and it was so boring lmao
No, mw 2019 earns that title (along with it and mw2 2022 being the worst cod games) vanguard atleast attempted to tell a story, attempted to have characters, made playing as different operators worth it, had 20 maps at launch and had a pretty decent zombies mode (AFTER SHI NO NUMA WAS ADDED)
as a fan of cod campaigns (cold war my beloved) that campaign was absolutely atrocious, they might as well have pulled a black ops 4 and just not had one lol

appreciate it, but i don't think I'll do another evolution video for a while since black ops 6 is right around the corner! ill just be doing BO6 videos for the foreseeable future unless the game sucks.
@@eefan ❤️
Patrol was added to CODM, of all things. CODM is very similar to MWIII in regards to seasonal content, like modes and events.
It's a shame how Vanguard turned out because the movement and gore (I'm not a psycho :3) was very satisfying. All it needed to do was put WaW and MW in a blender.
It wasn’t disappointing because i had no expectations of a ww2 cod. Mw2 on the other hand… The hype was way bigger, looked more promising but the game turned out worse than vanguard
fair enough haha
I love every comment about protecting VG and attacking MW22, and I agree.
SHG>>>IW every day
im a sledgehammer enjoyer especially after this year's MW3 lol
@@eefan SHG is on our side, they actually want to do games in the right way. They have been the real reason and for me, they should put SHG in charge of MW4 and remove IW from their back, so they can freely work and create a great game, I can only imagine how high SHG could set the standard if they get the right amount of time/money/creative liberty.
Great video eefan ❤
Thank you!
2:41 bo6 has that with the recon specialty too but it’s like the combat scout nerf. It pings the enemy which is still good
glad ur back, great video 🎉
thank you! time to lock in for BO6 :)
@@eefan im so hyped for it :D
nahh...
honestly, i really liked how the campign was set up and also, i like how fluid and faced paced the multi was
maps were big but you cna get to the other side fairly quick, they werent basic three lane maps so there was a little more nuance to them
the guns felt really got to manipulate and shoot
all like 12 attachment was pretty cool
sniping was actually amazing, especially the 20 rnd mag for the 3 line, which is my favorite ww2 sniper as well
and althoguh zombies wasnt great, at least they listened to the community and added two final round based map
was actually the mostrecent underrated title
How do you get so good at aiming especially snapping to another target without overshooting it, and tracking targets running across your screen?
I don't do any aim training, i legit just play the game everyday. Back when i first started playing kbm on cod, id go into recruit bots on a small map and practice my aim and movement on them for a warmup before hopping into public matches and it helped a ton!
when you’ve done the bo6 mp camos are you gonna try zombies?
ill probably end up getting all the mastery camos, prestige master and 100% completion of multiplayer this year.
That all depends on if the game stinks or not though lol
@@eefan what did you think of the betas gameplay?
Why'd you switch back to cloth pads? Hein is a good choice ofc, I'm just curious since you've used a glass pad for a long time.
i actually switched to clothpads around 6 months ago now, i started playing a lot more warzone so being on cloth was very helpful with close range tracking. If i only played multiplayer id probably still be on glass!
I remembered hating on this game hard, but now seeing it compared with mw22 is insane
how times have changed haha
@eefan indeed, let's see what bo6 brings us
It’s insane that they had this timeline for multiplayer
Mw19-masterpiece
Cold War- awful
Vanguard- awful
Mw2-extremely awful
Mw3- bit better, still awful
Bo6- good not great
Seriously I don’t understand how they can go backwards before reluctantly slowly going back to what they did right.
But my focus would be the zombies since it didn't have any more maps and lore to it or even newer zombies and boss zombies as well
Beta was fun and gory, Novaks death scene in the beginning nearly set the tone, but then the next 99% of the story turned into flashbacks...
Hey eefan you can use a shotgun on the zombies which one shot them and three shot the big zombies. Makes it easier you know.
Are you going to stream on Friday for the launch of bo6?
I'll probably be streaming on the Monday after! I'll make a video on Friday with my initial impressions and stuff then ill start the camo grind/prestige master grind on stream Monday :)
Maps were the number one problem. Pair that with the horrible spawn system, made for a bad comp game and casual
Congrats to 100k subs!!!
thank you! perfect timing with BO6 about to come out too :)
Bros close to 100k subs I’m so happy
:))
And the ability to boost the round up higher is call rampage inducers
MW2022 at least fits the niche of a slow COD with emphasis on aiming/positioning over movement. Vanguard? The only one in the franchise that cancels your sprint by MISSING your target?
i wonder what was going through the developers minds when making some of these decisions lmao
Yall dissing MW2 but the campaign was one of the best these past few years. Gave the main cast more life especially Ghost and some amazing side characters.
I hated watching Vanguard gameplay, but I really enjoyed this retrospective video on it
I really enjoyed the game, but at launch many camos weren't tracking and my account got fucked even after they """fixed""" the issue my camos weren't tracking so it killed my interest. Also the no factions thing for the operators, that really killed it for me as well as silly as that sounds. Just erked me the wrong way, no reason they couldn't have just split them up into 2 teams
My K/D in Vanguard was one of my best, I really didn’t mind it
Hot take: the campaign was kinda fun. I hated bo6 campaign tho. If I wanted to play zombies, I’d play zombies.
Many people didnt like Vanguard Zombies and I get it. but Shi No Numa reborn is probably the best version of Shi No Numa in my opinion
wait I've never played Vanguard before but is the campaign really that short?!
it's around 4 hours, but most of the missions are just flashbacks. the only 'realtime' mission was the last one lmfao
@@eefan oh ok but 4hrs is still pretty short
Congrats on 100k subs!!!
thank you! the supports been insane recently, appreciate it :)
Honestly one of my favorites. Campaign was great imo.
Interesting, glad you enjoyed it!
Give us vanguard maps. Played a very little, but multiplayer maps were on spot. Took so much crap for zombies and campaign. But MP was good.
i think it's also disappointing that you HAVENT STREAMED IN A MONTH
been ill the last couple weeks, im all fixed up now ready for BO6 to consume my life!
@@eefan can’t wait that long ☹️
I have played almost every cod in existence (no joke) and tbh vanguard was just amazing. Most criticism came from its earlier stages
as a fan of cod campaigns (cold war my beloved) that campaign was absolutely atrocious, they might as well have pulled a black ops 4 and just not had one lol
eefan you gotta quit reloading when you have 20 bullets left man, I watched you choke so many nukes just from reloading bro, trust you'll get the kill with the remaining mag
it's a bad habit that'll stick with me till i quit gaming i think bro haha
@@eefan play Val or CS for a week your teammates will ingrain it into you everytime you die from it. You have crispy aim, trust it brother
Hard to be disappointed in a game I had zero faith in... even as someone who loves ww2 era games.
