    Venison jerky is the best! Quail is so juicy and flavorful.

    As a young child the church I attended in Winthrop harbor, Illinois used to have a wild game dinner. Everybody in the town was invited to come ;you brought your game that you had hunted ; the homeless were also invited so we fed the community!
