As a fellow nail biter , weak nails and tough skin, getting tips was the best thing for healthy habit building. Instead of feeling shame, we are building ourselves up and that's what matters💞🌹

I used to be a nail biter too. It helps to have them done (either myself or professionally) with a pretty color. I always start off with a coat of Revlon’s Treat and Boost!
I have never seen one of your videos before however it is so sweet the relationship you and your nail tech have. For her to plan a surprize for you. Idc if you paid or not she had to have some love to contact you at 8 am for a surprize nail design. She must love your hands for her insta or love you!
Honestly wearing fake nails and acrylics helped me stop! I like the feeling of biting real nails so when the fake nails are too hard I give up lol. Also getting a fidget toy to use can help if the reason you bite your nails is because of anxiety!

Same I rarely ever let them grow out and I honestly don't know why I do this
