- Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin wrote a letter to Israeli officials warning that humanitarian aid allowed into Gaza must increase or the U.S. ally could risk possible consequences, State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller confirms. This comes as Israel expands its military offensive into Lebanon and continues operations in Gaza. Miller took some questions on the stern warning during the State Department press briefing.

To answer your question, no. FEMA didn't "run out of money" in the way you think. And even if it did, the fiscal year just started so they would have got more funding. And if for some reason FEMA wasn't funded, you would only be able to blame Republicans in Congress, since Congress controls the purse strings and Republicans are be the party that is eager to defund federal programs.

Sorry….I believe FEMA has totally failed in their response to hurricane victims. They should have been WAY sooner with food, water, clothing, chain saws, tents, etc. But the only people responsible for the victims not having flood insurance are the people who chose not to BUY flood insurance for their property. Nevertheless, the federal government will help them anyway by providing low interest loans to repair or rebuild their homes.

What is most needed is isolated refugee camps where the entry and exit are controlled so that they can ensure that no Hamas nor their supporters can enter, and so that aid can be safely distributed to real civilians.
Nobody has made such camps. Not the Israelis nor the international community that claims to be "protecting" the civilians.
The only camps we see are those that are completely open and Hamas uses them as shields for their operations.

I am very concerned about the level of aid that has reached the citizens of Palestine! The residents of East Palestine, Ohio to be exact has definitely not received enough aid reaching the Americans who were harmed in a railroad train derailment disaster. While we are on the subject Maui has not receive enough aid to its citizens! And last but definitely not least because it is the most recent and fresh situation where they have not began to recover yet the residents of North Carolina are not receiving enough aid! The billions of dollars in aid being sent to other countries needs to go to the American citizens who paid taxes into the government for a service! That service being a secure border, safety, aid during a disaster etc. we are paying our taxes to the U.S. government for them to use that money to pay for those same services we paid them for in all kinds of countries instead of the U.S.! We are being let down and left to suffer in times of great need all while the government is spending the tax money you pay for other countries citizens to receive what we need and paid for. If the IRS does not receive our tax money we have hell to pay. If they take our tax money and give the service we paid for to someone else there is no problem? Really? Vote them all out! US track record of getting humanitarian assistance into that zone is a disaster. Floating pier..even the fishing piers are much reliable. Parachuting aids that refuse to deploy and drop on women/kids heads while struggling to eat. Roads are blown away. How else do you get aid in. The USAID needs to be reliable and not a joke globally.
