From professional experience building and running CFD models, those starting prices are a serious steal for the hobbyist or grassroots team! 👍🏽👍🏽
I am trying to understand where I need to remove material to get the desired air-flow for 'Hood Ducting'. My struggle is where the best place to put the openings thru the hood. Before the Radiator, or behind it (in the Engine compartment). a CFD analysis of that would help me understand the best solution to my problem.
Absolutely awesome
Great info. So can we ascertain that a similar shape car will react similarly to the suggested aero bits?
If money was no object, I would totally jump on this. But where I'm at now, the price is more than my car is worth, lol 😆
Ondsel engineering suite is a free solid modelr and has openfoam gui built in. I have a few videos on how to do free cfd at home. I have a 12 core i5 and 32 gb of ram and i get decent results
Hello. I was wondering if you could send me the cad model you used for your cfd.
That's more than my BMW E30 LOL
