I love the fact that as I was watching the games I saw two different Disciples of C'thun and was like "Huh, random effects can still give non-arena cards in arena". Excellent foreshadowing for the Purify XD
After watching those games played out, you're still gonna pull the "he won because he got good cards" thing? I'm sure you think you could have won those games too.
wow that last game, decisions are truly amazing. i dont play Hearthstone anymore, but i keep watching these arena runs, just to see Trumps decision making skills, and he never let me down xD
Right at 40 secs when he said "my ptsd almost hit there " I bursted out laughing. 😂😂😂 Thank you trump for being a great youtuber and making great funny and informational videos on hearthstone.
The only Karazan cards I've seen in arena drafts currently are: Arcanosmith, Arcane Anomaly, Menagerie Magician, Moat Lurker, Babbling Book, and Enchanted Raven.
Wow i didnt realize how much effort it was put on editing this videos, i was present during the stream at 8:24 he took over 15 seconds in that move irl, while this video only showed 1
Now you can see why priest was once good class an now sucks. Most of the cards Trump got was from gvg and naxx (cultist, velen, vol'jin, shrink, plus he got few good loe cards. Priest needs to get strong 1, 2 and 3 cards in order to be any good.
I remember that one arena run where the "final boss" music was just some jovial goofy music because Trump stomped him in like 4 turns. Anyone remember which one that was?
His opponent at 7-1 was kinda shit... missed 2 damage with Disciple by trading it into Kvaldir Raider then actually overkilling it with his other minion, and traded a 3/3 into a 4/3 instead of a 2/2 against a class that can't deal one damage (aside from having a second Ironforge Rifleman xD)
That and Barnes. Using a 2-mana resurrect to bring back a rag, ysera, etc. that died after being summoned from an on-curve barnes is pretty hard to deal with if they don't have efficient removal.
Trump plays arena : topdecks every solution when behind, opens packs with golden epic and legend I play arena : topdecks fireball to win, draws mana wyrm instead. then open pack with 4 common and 1 rare...wtf
Eric Pive He could have healed his face? And yes, I'm aware.. It's like Kripp said though, if you know the ONE card that the enemy can top deck, why do you still CHOOSE to play around it.. Even if the odds are astronomically low.
***** He even said it in the video... If the topdeck had been a flamestrike he would basically lose all his advantage probably and lose aswell. However, flamestrike is a common, and in the draft I would take flamestrike over pyro any day...
Eric Pive Still don't think it's worth justifying. Flamestrike wouldn't have guaranteed lost him the game.. But pyro would have.. I guess it's just a difference in how players play.. I'm sure someone more cautious like Strifecro would have made my play.. But in the en, we can't know which was better so it's all good.
His opponent at 8-2 was terrible as well... I get the feeling Trump was getting preferential treatment from his fans. Seriously, who pings a 2 health minion and then trades into it with a 2 attack minion?
I've never understood conceding. In a game, you should always take the route with the highest possible chance of victory. There is a tiny chance that your opponent could die of a heart attack before the game ends. Or, some other emergency could pull them away from the keyboard. Yes, it's a tiny, tiny chance. But, there is a 0% chance of conceding resulting in a victory.
restlessfrager Except it's not 100%. I've won games I was going to lose because I stuck around. Hell, I even had a guy once BM me so long that we both ended up like 5 turns into fatigue. That whole time, he could have killed me. On the final turn, he could have killed me. Then, he conceded for the lols. This was in arena. So, no, it's not a 100% chance. If the opposite happened once, it's automatically not a 100% chance. And, therefore, it is a superior option to the action that is a 100% chance of losing.
That's a very result oriented way of thinking there. If 99% of the time you would lose following the few minutes you've been playing a game already lost, it is clearly not a superior option. While you can't win any game you conceded, it still allows you to save some time to play another one you'd have much more chances of winning. Plus, if you win a game against someone BMing hard, maybe the guy doesn't deserves his win, but you don't either wich does not make it that enjoyable (at least for me).
Lequinow That particular game was pretty amusing. We were both goofing around by the end. And, I died of laughter when he conceded. But, I definitely get your point. I just have trouble seeing where one draws the line. At what point is someone "convinced" that they've lost? Why not just concede every time someone plays a minion before you?
I cannot f***in believe Trump actually managed to get 12-2 with Priest despite all of those match-ups against mages and rogues and everything. And I'm especially surprised considering Priest is basically worse than any other class in arena.
restlessfrager No, that's what he said about the Rocket Launcher. The thing he ever said about the Cannon in the entire serie was "Ain't nothin' says stopping power like a portable cannon!"
Anduin really didn't let him down. I didn't see that one coming.
You probably don't see much at all inside a closet.
+Jack Ashworth thought that was a roast until I saw his username. Kinda disappointed tbh.
That last match is the most skilled value play I've seen in a long time. Why I watch this channel. Greed on Trump! You're my Hearthstone hero. :D
that game was so tense
There were three games where I thought he was toast but still won; very impressive arena.
Toast has a completely different voice to Trump, though.
...although they both have black hair. Toast confirmed Trump putting on an accent?!
That "shadow word: pain" topdeck!
I love this channel because Trump's Arena Skill :D
Haha, Vol'jin's line "Who be da Warchief now" is a tad funny now that the answer is... well Sylvanas
No time for games!
except for W3, WoW, HS and HOTS
Still not Garrosh though.
Has something beyond "Vol'jin is missing," been said. Or is the preemptive RIP just assuming?
+TheDisarminghinkle there was a cinematic where he died
He made priest great again. Impressive.
Amazing.
I would vote for him
Wow...
Purify? In arena? I hear the laughter of Ben Brode echo in the wind.
It was from the spellslinger though..
The last match I thought it was over for sure when the Kraken came down
same, I never would have risked the taunt play. that won the game
I would probably lose that, taunt was very risky but payed off even tho he brew the Kraken
Love seeing a 40 minute + video as a part 2, pretty much guarantees that it's going to be a good one.
blizzard: amazing comeback trump there you go 820 dust in 1 pack
Holy shit. The luck is real.
Those musical cues at the final battle made it all the more amazing to watch. Truly nail biting.
I love the fact that as I was watching the games I saw two different Disciples of C'thun and was like "Huh, random effects can still give non-arena cards in arena".
Excellent foreshadowing for the Purify XD
That fanfare victory from FF VI at the end was very fitting, gj Jens!
That last game is one of the most amazing comebacks in arena ever.
He fought against 8 mages and he still managed 12 wins.. with a priest. Wow.
How many times did he get Skillstriked? Didn't seem like many.
Well he had like the most insane deck ever....
Wow...
After watching those games played out, you're still gonna pull the "he won because he got good cards" thing? I'm sure you think you could have won those games too.
Samuel Stiffler Getting to 12 wins usually requires some good cards, some luck, and a decent skill level.
lmao goes face instead of killimg grizzly
SMOrc GOOD PLAY!
why trade when I can go face? me don't understand me SMOrc
23:00 probably the funniest part of the vid... XD
I would love to see the chat freak out then
If you are on pc you can see the chat:

mvpikachu
dude, who cares? its just "LUL" spam
+thewatcher753
It's the moment that makes it funny. Anyone can spam lul and it might be a little funny, but knowing why, makes it so good.
That last match was so intense.
wow that last game, decisions are truly amazing. i dont play Hearthstone anymore, but i keep watching these arena runs, just to see Trumps decision making skills, and he never let me down xD
Trump with the plays and Jens with the edits.. Great video! And 12 wins Priest, feels good man
Very glad to see the arena trump is back in action.
I can't believe he won the last one!!!
By far one of the most enjoyable and epic arena run from you Trump, great work
What a tense arena with great ost in the end haha ! Nice one Trump !
And on that day, Priest was made great again.
Wow that last game was insane, legendary from a pack a well deserved reward.
That attack on the ogre, made me realize trump is one of the best around
Right at 40 secs when he said "my ptsd almost hit there " I bursted out laughing. 😂😂😂
Thank you trump for being a great youtuber and making great funny and informational videos on hearthstone.
lmao
8 mages
3 Rogue
1 shaman
1 warrior
1 paladin
:O
a typical arena run
But most importantly...
1 Priest who went 12 wins
such a diversity,kappa
Forgot the Paladin. No arena run without one!
Muck Fages :)
That purify from random spell was epic
That last game was awesome, really good job
12 win priest, I actually shed a tear.
Great episode
That mage playing purify was hilarious.
23:04
Dude, that was so ironic. What a big middle finger from the game. XD
Great job! Trump! And as always great editing Jens!
12 win priest damn
THE PRIEST IS BACK BABY
LOL no
@ 42:30 69 Vol'jin bm 12th win. Well played Trump, well played.
7:51 Nerubian Prophet OP
holy that last game was intense af
final fantasy soundtrack at the final boss was great! :)
Holy shit, that last game was insane.
That was amazing. What a finish
The only Karazan cards I've seen in arena drafts currently are: Arcanosmith, Arcane Anomaly, Menagerie Magician, Moat Lurker, Babbling Book, and Enchanted Raven.
7:45 visual bug with battlecry of Ironforge Rifleman coming from wrong minion, possibly due to bouncing it back to hand while hovered there
Wow i didnt realize how much effort it was put on editing this videos, i was present during the stream at 8:24 he took over 15 seconds in that move irl, while this video only showed 1
Wow that boss battle was so intense
Lol that Voljin near the middle was a 5 mana fire elemental .
I hear from a reliable source that 8 of 12 games in Arena, is fought against mage. :-)
8 of 14, but yes....
That last match even got me to comment on UA-cam which i never do
Last game was insane
not clearing that addled grizzly eh, ambitious.
still win anyways, only trump who got greedy but not punished. unlike me control too much miss lethal and lose :(
+Ricky Muzakki me too mane
+Ricky Muzakki me too mane
Leaving that Addled Grizzly standing was a foolish move.
surprisingly didn't punish him that hard
he got punished very hard for this, he just still won
Last game was very well played, gg Trump
wow.... trump's comeback.. hail priest.
Now you can see why priest was once good class an now sucks. Most of the cards Trump got was from gvg and naxx (cultist, velen, vol'jin, shrink, plus he got few good loe cards. Priest needs to get strong 1, 2 and 3 cards in order to be any good.
I main priest and had a golden Vol'jin :(......dusted it after standard....... RIP
Me getting epic in a pack "YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA"
Trump getting legendary and golden epic "Meh preety good pack"
Gotta remember he's opened roughly 32840924356 packs :') I saw him open a gold Nozdormu and he was like, "darn, I guess its a lot of dust..."
That mage was awful. How that person won 8 games just baffles me.
Priest The mage Slayer! Great Vid!
Last game is the reason i love Trump.
32:55 wrong choice to heal the minion... with a flamestrike the game is not lost but with pyro it is XD
pyroblast is epic, flamestrike is common, I know which one I would've played against
12 wins with priest without kharazan cards. Ben Brode is smirking right now.
I remember that one arena run where the "final boss" music was just some jovial goofy music because Trump stomped him in like 4 turns. Anyone remember which one that was?
Eadric in the packs woop
This video made me pick priest in arena today. 1-3. Not even mad.
Make the video 10 min longer than it actually is by editing black screen at the end so we dont get spoiled by the video lenght
fill it with what? then people will be like "he just wants youtube munehh"
but he was 11-2 you can't know either way, it's the last game regardless of win or loss o,O
well don't look at the timer :o jus relax and enjjoy the show :D don't dare to touch your mouse while trump is playing :o
well if he is 9-2 for example u know hes gonna win the next ones if you look at the timer ^^ y thats a good idea :D
That pack though
His opponent at 7-1 was kinda shit... missed 2 damage with Disciple by trading it into Kvaldir Raider then actually overkilling it with his other minion, and traded a 3/3 into a 4/3 instead of a 2/2 against a class that can't deal one damage (aside from having a second Ironforge Rifleman xD)
Wow..
Amazing.
elven archer is sick in arena
Never thought it was possible... :o
Psych-o-Tron MVP
One more sub,great run dude!
In summary, purify is the best... when it's in the opponent's deck.
Geez, its not just Kripp, Trump faces off against 8 mages in this run total. Shame Blizzard hasn't been better at balancing arena classes.
Wow! Feels priest man. Feels priest.
in constructed priest is OP af now! why wasn't blade master resurrect a thing before the addition of onyx bishop? its such a good combo
Not enough res effects, with the addition of the Bishop it's a lot more viable
Yeah, a T3-deck is op for sure.
That and Barnes. Using a 2-mana resurrect to bring back a rag, ysera, etc. that died after being summoned from an on-curve barnes is pretty hard to deal with if they don't have efficient removal.
Literally every class has efficient removal
Well druid has the most lacking single-target removal--- anyway, to clarify, I meant efficient removal in their hand at the time.
Trump plays arena : topdecks every solution when behind, opens packs with golden epic and legend
I play arena : topdecks fireball to win, draws mana wyrm instead. then open pack with 4 common and 1 rare...wtf
oh men, last game is so ăwesome >.
Someone tweet this video at Krip. Then watch him cry!
Wait a minute @ 2:00 why does that warrior have a c'thun's chosen in arena?
Edit: nvm jeweled scarab.
why were you not inspired by Garrosh's concede?!
SIDEWAYS GOOD
Imagine if the last Mage had pyro in the end lol .. Would have punished trump so fcking hard
It's not really punishing when you can't do anything about it, and since it's a epic card and he has to topdeck it...
Eric Pive He could have healed his face? And yes, I'm aware.. It's like Kripp said though, if you know the ONE card that the enemy can top deck, why do you still CHOOSE to play around it.. Even if the odds are astronomically low.

12 wins with priest in arena! THE END IS COMING!
Trump the legend
Speeeectacoolar
How the hell did this warrior got 7-1 playing like that
MY AVERICE KNOWS NO BOUNDS
27:55 LUL MISPLAY
That guy would've won if he wouldn't have played all his high attack cards at once. Left him wide open to be controlled.
and less open to get AOEd. its a close call though
that was a funny af video

all the games I won as priest, were because of my opponent dying, if you know what I'm sayin'
And there's a 100% chance that I'm wasting my time if I lose a game I was obviously going to lose anyway.
restlessfrager
Except it's not 100%. I've won games I was going to lose because I stuck around. Hell, I even had a guy once BM me so long that we both ended up like 5 turns into fatigue. Now THAT's some Serious firepower.
restlessfrager
A pun about the thing Serious Sam said when he got a rocket launcher in The First Encounter... Okay :)
SeriousGranade Wasn't that what he said about the Serious Cannon? Man my serious sam is rusty.
restlessfrager
No, that's what he said about the Rocket Launcher. The thing he ever said about the Cannon in the entire serie was "Ain't nothin' says stopping power like a portable cannon!"
SeriousGranade Oh yeah you're right. Then why's your name Serious Grenade? Aren't those serious bombs? Or do I remember that wrong, too?
holly molly
HA-HA, Pries- wait, wut?
MANDUIN!
epic!
Rifleman MVP?
Psych-O-Tron MVP.
i love u trumpy
