Epic running and great pacing - I think there’s nothing more satisfying than pacing the marathon to perfection. What a great event it was. You were a few minutes up the road from me coming away with a 3:12 myself
I have run it a couple of times now and that last little hill , up by the train station is usually a mental indicator for 'The wall will hit soon so be prepared'. Good Job (and good luck Ben this weekend)

@@NicBen the next marathons not fully confirmed yet (not announcing just yet 😂 ) , but I've signed up for Manchester next year, whether I run it or something else I haven't decided yet (might defer, but that's one of my favourites so far). Ran Gateshead half last weekend, just recovering and building back for the next training block. Was looking at Dorney lake half for the summer, not sure.
Brilliant video wish i was that fast but im 2xweeks of 50 lol i was running myself yellow wave was going for under 4 hour's and for the 26.65miles i ran got a time of 3hrs 59mins 56sec. Was a pb by 1hr 23mins. So well done on your pb xxx
