[Menard Canada] Controlled Modulus Columns, Vars, ON, Canada

The Vars Warehouse project consists of a light industrial multi-tenant warehouse spanning approximately 6630 meters squared. The warehouse will be one storey and have 10 loading docks.
Menard was brought on to the project to reinforce the soft compressible clays found at site. Menard designed and implemented our Controlled Modulus Columns ground improvement system to the foundations, slab-on-grade, and the grade raise by reinforcing the in-situ soils.
