You can get protein from veggies. Hemp seeds are super high in protein. You can add that to your yogurt. You can add flaxseeds to oatmeal too

Lately I have yogurt when I have sweet cravings. I get the frozen wild blueberries from Trader Joes along with their Honey Greek Yogurt. I make my own version of a granola by putting pecans, walnuts, peanut butter (TJ's) and dates in a food processor. I stir in chia seeds to that mixture. I soak the dates in warm water before adding them to the food processor. I layer my bowl with the blueberries first. Add yogurt and then granola. I also buy the lemon curd from TJ's and stir that into my yogurt...that's optional!
Just don’t eat the red meat.. just eat Lamb, turkey and chicken.. take a b complex supplement and vit D u.. are doing great
Also bone broths , beans , potatoes, and certain veggies carry lots of proteins! It’s a reason why “black people food” also unfortunately gives us lots of health complications within our families

Hey love! There’s a ton of seafood/fish options out there aside from shrimp and salmon. Have you tried Cod, Halibut, Snapper, etc? Also you can get protein from vegetables, hemp seeds and chia seeds.

I started back eating more meat and feel great. Still love my vegetables and seafood but tbh all the beyond the meat & impossible isn’t good all the time, it’s really just processed food. Protein from meat is the best and veggies are even better.
To me, the Apple cider vinegar refresher tastes like an apple pie. I love it. Didn’t even realize it was 2 servings. I down the whole thing lol

My daughter was vegetarian for 6 yrs and was also vitamin deficient. She has since started eating fish, seafood, chicken and Turkey and it’s helped her tremendously.

Enjoy watching as usual ❤️ The downward dog position Miloh is doing is normally when they're stretching their hamstrings and they're happy in their environment, it can also mean they've having abdominal issues but that's normally combined with them crying out in pain so its likely the former as he wasn't doing that. That position is great for humans too! For protein, I would check the protein to carbs ratio, vegetables have protein but a lot of them also have more carbs, it's best to focus on high protein sources where the protein is at least double the amount of carbs. As a vegan my protein sources are Tofu, Tempeh, Seitan, Protein Shakes, occasionally some mock meats and protein bars. I also use the plate model of half a plate of veggies, a quarter of protein and a quarter of carbs so I don't have to track too much. To combat my sweet cravings, i eat a smaller amount of what I'm craving and also eat more fruits ❤️
I use Castor Oil the same way, and it differently works…10/10!!

Also Bone broth is loaded with protein. Find one that you like and sip on that in place of coffee in the morning and before workouts, helps with gut health as well. You might have to add a dash of salt for flavor.

I first tried those acv refreshers back in 2018. They used to have better flavors. The best one was pomegranate. Which I never see anymore. That one tasted like punch. The ones now, just taste like kombucha.
