Dulcie Gray of course the 1st amendment applies to everyone, but the networks that broadcast over the airwaves (which are owned by US citizens and licensed to them) have a duty to the public not to reiterate the talking points of any party, but to ask relevant, fact-based questions. If a party’s platform states that the moon is made out of green cheese, and should be harvested as such as a matter of policy, the opposing party should not be asked to verify or deny it, as it has no basis in fact. It’s just responsible journalism.
It's simple. Democrats have no facts, they rely on subverting emotion-driven ideologies then exploiting everyone who believes them. Simply put: FACTS > 'talking points'

If you read critically and research with common sense, and you should since you are opining in public, you will learn the real question every citizen must answer in this situation: What kind of power will the governed have afterwards to control any abusive out-of-control actions by Presidents once he/she challenges their control in the future?
That is the option citizens have right now - the option to choose for our future citizens what kind of balance of power will best preserve OUR liberties. Presidents who impound aid meant to supply an ally with survivability, who do so in secret, once the ally has met anti-corruption requirements, and who use an end run around Congressional laws to gain a personal benefit show scorn for the governed.
Either the people accept that scorn and are humbled and made subservient by it or they push back and say, "You are fired."

The democrats MUST file "Articles of Impeachment" which lists the crimes he is allegedly committed. Then it is presented to the Senate and they try the case and decide if he guilty of the crime for which he is accused. It is unconstitutional to deny someone "Due Process". A person cannot be investigated to find a crime. If they could we would all be found guilty of a crime. That is what they are doing. It's Russia II. Another nothing burger and a waste of taxpayer money.
