love this, i was a drummer with the first cardiff rsl pipe band in the early sixties, brings back memories of learning to drum on a table. went back to scotland unfortunately, my mum couldnt take the heat, educated at cardiff high we were the first intake from wallsend high. they made me a prefect, because there was no one else (consider myself an aussie of sorts) fair dinkum!
That was FANTASTIC!!!!!!! if some of the people in charge of the ANZAC march in Sydney where not so stuck up themselves they would allow these school kids to march at least once along the route bashing their empty water bottles to the navy playing waltzing matilda. I would love to see it happen and im sure some of the old diggers would too. Well done.
That was so cool, never happened in my day though. Of course the drums were loud. Watch the clip again and then tell me why they were loud. Loved the kids playing along btw. (hint) Johnno
the only other song that might even come close to this is the american song battle hymn of the republic I hope I get stationed in Australia when I go into the navy
Well done, mate. This old Texan salutes you.
Our western brothers and sisters need it now more than ever. God bless America and god bless Australia.
Wonderful. Just brightened my day.

Powerfull song!
I NEVER thought I'd see Aussie kids playing - with any military band, this! Thought we'd become too politically correct. Well done to all.

Stirring stuff. If that doesn’t make you proud to be Aussie, nothing does.
the drums are overpowering the song
