Hi , The first app was only to show that it will not work on nonwifi canon printer , you can delete the 1st app. But if you have any wifi canon printers then use the 1st canon official app
If you have wifi printers than you can scan via using the printers official app from phone For hp wifi printers - hp smart app For canon wifi printers - canon Selphy app But if you have non wifi printer than there is no app to scan using phone

Try one by one other for drivers under Canon Pixma category, E series is South East Asia model so it doesn't exist in the app.
