Much respect bro. You are definitely a hustler and bring really good content and information to the expediting and delivery industry. Good job. Keep it up bro 💯👍💪
@@ExpeditingAmerica my bad... Maybe not. They have crazy flavors all over the world. In England Prawn Cocktail is kinda popular and in Ireland Smokey Bacon sells well.
It was cool you went to STEEL CITY. Mr. Rogers statue and the taped audio there is great. Heinz Field and PNC Park behind the North Shore Drive. The Three Sisters Bridges!!! Used to be Three Rivers Stadium during the 1970's.
It's nice to be able to do a bit of side work. That extra space in the Sprinter came in useful for you this time! I bet it also felt good to get your blood pumping and be physical.
I really appreciate the time and dedication you have in providing information for potential new business owners wanting to start up. Plus your videos are enjoyable to watch as well. I have a chance to possibly drive for a company with a 50/50 split of the total gross per load and half of the fuel cost. It is OTR and I would be driving a Sprinter van. Do think that might be a good start to get some experience ? 50/50 means the company will pay all the insurance, maintenance ect.....I just do the driving and half of the fuel cost.
Pretty average. I did 60/40 paid all gas and tolls to start then moved to 65/35. There are a million ways to get it. Do your research. Only you can make that call. Best of luck get your feet wet and learn the business. You won’t make great money but you will learn
Thinking what did I get myself into lmao I was thinking the exact same thing right before u it with the TAG like I know he like man what But I’m got to start looking into that estate sales might be on to something NEW
Yeah I’ve been thinking about it. I have a storage unit I could store stuff in. I might end up stopping at some when I know I’m on my way back home and picking a piece up here and there and selling it. Good idea. Thanks for watching and paying attention my friend. Appreciate you
I'm getting a puppy this month and tips for taking the best care of him would be awesome. I've trained a few dogs for other people but I haven't had a puppers for myself in 10 years
Bubba came trained he was 5 when he went out with me the first time. But I stop every 4-6 hours unless I see a cool place to hike. Water will be your greatest expense so buy it in bulk. And get bowls with covers so you’re not throwing out water cuz it’s spilling out while you drive. A puppy sounds fun man enjoy it
@@ExpeditingAmerica thanks so much! awesome video btw I'm going on my 4th month and still learning the business so I can eventually start my own fleet.
Hey Brother, i really enjoy your channel and find it very informative. I recently resigned from my job as plant manager of a steel manufacturing company, I am in the process of forming a LLC and getting into OTR Expediting with my cargo van. Is there any chance you could steer me in the correct direction regarding the proper way of going about this. I was thinking of having, driving under my own authority but driving for a large company who get the loads for me. What would you suggest. thanks Rob. PS keep up the good work and say hi to BUBBA JOE
I suggest you call around and ask the questions you want answered. Wish I could point you in a direction but I’ve only worked with 2 companies. One that I wouldn’t recommend and one that is too small to add anyone. Most people sign on to multiple carriers til they find one they mesh with
My own. I pay $1800 a month for my policy. Or at least did until a couple weeks ago. I ended up signing up under my carrier so I use their insurance now
If you watch my videos and take what I make at the end of every episode you can get an average of what loads go for. Every day, week, month is different. Depends on how hard you want to work.
It’s not really a part time thing unless you have a business locally that needs something every weekend. Gig apps might work better for you. Got a video dropping tomorrow that shows a app I use called uship for my side work

Thank you my guy! I try my best to put out good content. Some episodes are better than others.
Bro how am I just now seeing this! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hope you enjoyed it

I was wondering if you would comment on doing side work while on a direct load. Very glad to hear you addressed the implications.
Yea I had to add that in there.

I definitely am not afraid of a little physical work. Got a workout, made some money, and got some content. That space comes in handy for real
Do you have a van setup video?
I don’t have a video on that. My van was mostly set up when I got it

Looks like there could be some opportunity for cash jobs if one were interested in those arrangements.
Eh I guess. This doesn’t happen often with cash unless it’s a tip
Cash jobs like under the table? Let’s stay legal here

I don’t use it for a primary source tho. I only use it for side work. I dont recommend it for someone trying to get into expediting

Estate sale.... Wow people accumulate so much crap over the years. Millennials & Gen Yer's are focused on life experiences not stuff.
Yes we accumulate so much “stuff” that’s why I love this van life. It’s so simple
Paul... You are exactly right!!! Who needs stuff.... You just gotta store it somewhere!!! Then you die and others sell your dookie😮!!!!
I wonder why i can never win a bid on Uship?
Cuz it’s not made for high bidding. 40-60 cents a mile usually
Cuz it sucks
Are you allowed to do this type of stuff while hauling a load?
If it’s not dedicated freight… yes
