Good stuff Mate , Dude’s are flying down the new road on Quads where you filmed at your block of Land . Have they got to Jamanjar yet with the first coat of Bitumen ? . 👍
The good news is any one buying the return ticket in London pays less than buying the ticket out of Madagascar. London return to Antananarivo on Kenya airways is £650 pound.
A return ticket on Ethiopian airlines from Nossi -be to London is £895 pound. A return ticket from Antananarivo to London on Kenya airways is £730 pound.
Best to fly nosy be London as when you get to Antananarivo If you want to go to nosy be you will need hotels , taxis and two more flights and that's going to take up your time and cost the same or more
hello sir so as usual very informative videos, do you have some rental agencies that you can refer me, I'm coming mid-summer and wanna stay 2 months, I speak English and French its my usual language, thanks keep the good work friend
The best plan is to look on Facebook groups type in the place you wish to go to like Antananarivo and see what groups pop up, if you are coming to nosy be I can help you find a place the rental agencies are very expensive imo
Hello sir , I really enjoy your channel , I wanna move to Nosy Be for 6 months , and I’m doing some research in real estate , can you please let me know a way we can communicate , I will love to share some info and ideas with you . Thank you .
@@normanswick norman, yes, Japan used to be very expensive, then stagnated for 30 years, then 2 years ago the yen started dropping, and now Japan is a fire sale for foreign tourists. . But then, salaries in Japan are very low too, with college grad starting salaries averaging around 1520usd/month, while they are around 4100usd/month in America.
Thanks for the video. Really helpful
You're welcome 😊

A one way air ticket from Nossi be to Antananarivo is £138 pound. only one airline. 0ne hour 45 minute
Always use MCB atms in Madagascar as they have no withdrawal fees. Make sure you get a account with a British bank that has no fees for overseas use.
Very good advice 👌
Hope to see you soon there
That would be nice
Happy New Year to you andyour family , see you in february
Looking forward to it pal 👍
Speaking of ATMs, try to find a BMOI branch, they don't charge fees for getting money with VISA or Mastercard.
This is the best bank imo

€80 euro a month for the Visa is expensive.
How much is rent and cost of living in Toamasina ? For one person apartment.
I’m not up on the prices but €1000 a month is more than enough to pay for a fantastic lifestyle

Yes, absolutely send me your WhatsApp to passivenomads@gmail.com
Your prices for everything are double what I pay in Japan.
Maybe it's time to visit Japan
Is it really so cheap?
@@timberframe4646 Yes, even yesterday my Japanese friend who had recently gone to Australia was talking about how Japan was so cheap.
If I marry my Malagasy girlfriend, will they give me a permanent residency permit without extra visa cost?
No you will still have to apply and pay
80 euro/month costs of resudency that's expensive.🥴🤔
Yes, this might be for multiple people. There is no real visa solution for people who just want to live there it seems.
you indicated u pay around €30/month for power - how much is that per kwh?
I really don't know 😕
@@passivenomads how many kw do u use a month - must be on your bill
checked online, evidently it was 0.126US$/kwh in June 2023 - very cheap. It's now about 0.36US$/kwh in uk, 3 times more.
Well that saves me downing tools and going home to check 😊
Thanks
Most of these are cheap.
It's cheap to live in the 5th poorest country
Everything he mentioned was twice what I pay in Japan.

@earlysda it's a good time to invest in the Japanese stock market imo
